Very suitable and convenient for our quick stay. - great breakfast was included too. :-)

it was good n good for last minute

The property was close to the event I was attending. Overall the stay was fine, but there are some things housekeeping and maintenance need to address: - The floors in the room need a detail clean around all the edges, corners and around furniture. Lots of dirt and dust bunnies collecting everywhere. - The sofa bed was not usable - glad I didn't need it. - The shower drain was very slow and there was no trap or screen over the top. Backed up and I had to stand in an inch of water when showering.

I had a fantastic experience at the Ramada hotel in Albert Lea, MN. The room's affordability pleasantly surprised me, and I couldn't help but appreciate the spotless condition it was in. The combination of reasonable pricing and a clean, comfortable room made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a great value stay!

Yuck. We were quite disappointed in our stay here. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, hair stuck on the shower wall… the bedding was stained. We asked the night desk guy for bedding for the hide-a-bed and the bench, and he gave us a table linen for a sheet (which was stained and not even big enough to cover the mattress), and one of the blankets was covered in dust bunnies. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Breakfast, however, was the only positive thing: it was surprisingly good and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The staff is very unpleasant, the entire hotel needs cleaning , there was a place in my room for a smoke detector the box and wires were present but no smoke detector, the tub faucet leaked and it had to be a 1940 faucet. There is nothing about the hotel that is nice

The photos made it look great, but it was not. For me, it was a disappoin**ent. The front desk was not inviting or friendly. It needs to be updated, not partial like it is, but a complete update. It seems like I walked back into the 70s, and then they updated some time along the way, and then they stopped then they tried again and did only parts. The people did not seem excited to work there. It was very dark.

My family and I stayed here and every one of us had trouble with our rooms, from extension cords in every room with several things plugged in, certainly not up to code, dirty sheets, dirty pull out couch, dirty bathrooms, dirty floors dirty mirrors dirty showers...so disappointed! Plus, when we pulled up we weren't sure the hotel was even open as it looked so rundown. Pretty sketchy. The free breakfast was strange, with gallon containers of milk instead of dispensers, frozen egg omelets and sausage to microwave? Nothing fresh and hot ... No chafing dishes used. The only redeeming quality was the gracious and helpful staff. Signed up for the rewards program but will ask to be removed from it. Planning to ask for a refund as well as the price paid was for more upscale stay, certainly not this. I know this seems harsh but this is reality and I think management needs to know. Still waiting for a call from regional management.

Had a great stay at Ramada Hotel Albert Lea. The place was super clean, and the staff paid great attention to detail. Breakfast went above and beyond, offering a variety of delicious options. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff!
