The hotel is really good. The pool is clean and there is a small playing corner for kids. It is very near to the mall and takes around 5 mins drive.

I enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. There were a few things that let the hotel down. 1)The room was extremely cold and the heater didn’t work so a portable heater was provided but it was an oil one and did nothing for the size of the room. Only remembered it was on when we stood next to it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the cold really affected me. Especially after going swimming. The other thing was there were no plug sockets on the side where the bed is which was truly bizarre to me in 2024. Having a disability and having to constantly get up to chargers my phone and laptop was too much. I do wish to give the hotel another chance before I say never again so I will book and make sure I get a different room and see how it goes.

The place is actually quite nice and the swimming pool is a nice touch although, you can only book in for half hour and the pool is quite small but non the less very much enjoyed by us.
THE ISSUE IS.. I had to make a huge complaint through the service they ask you too.. WhatsApp message due to a few situations going on at the facility, threats had been made by another drunk guest and there was banging and running down th corridors, when asked if anyone could just please see to this the message was read and then not responded too. When going down to reception I felt there was no empathy for their other guests who were there to rest and again when speaking the the manager about that and other issues we had I felt it wasn’t taken all too seriously.
Other than this issue though the place is actually quite a nice hotel just a shame about the staff and their lack of assistance

Really nice budget hotel with a pool. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and comfy. Good overnight stay and close to the shopping centre by cars.

We were placed in extremely warm rooms with no air conditioner. the breakfast for the kids was charged, where they said in the beginning the kids eat for free.

Easy Check in, Room was clean and tidy, Food was good at the restaurant, Swimming pool was quite small but adequate. It does have sauna and the GYM seemed well equipped although i never used it.
