海德堡霍夫酒店(Hotel Heidelberger Hof)

我們在這家旅館住了兩天，前台有點冷淡，沒有任何解釋和詢問，後來還得問早餐是幾點，很好，第二天早上吃早餐的小姐姐也很熱情不錯。房間很乾淨，但肯定不是四星級的。浴室地板上的瓷磚壞了，浴缸裡的淋浴不能太熱，否則淋浴噴頭沒有水，塑料枕頭和壞床，額外的女兒的床是一張沙發床，頭端抬高，所以你不能平躺。位置很棒，就在市中心，他們有一個車庫供您停放汽車，價格為歐元。 19,- 每天

Das Hotel liegt an der Fußgängerzone und alles war somit gut erreichbar. Alles war sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Bra beliggenhet. God service. Hotellet ligger bra til mellom Bismarkt og gamlebyen. De som jobber her er meget vennlige. Fint hotell for liten failie på ferie.

This is advertised as a 4-star hotel; but was probably no better than a 2-star hotel. They definitely have a 4-star lobby and maybe I should have taken a blanket and pillow and slept in the lobby. The room was anything but a 4-star hotel room - a hole in the curtains; bleach stains on the carpet; very small bathroom; but, the topper was a the 1-foot by 1-foot pillar holding up the ceiling directly next to the bed. It was perfectly positioned so that anyone rolling over at night would hit their knee on the pillar. The people truly try their best; but hotel management has also deemed it not necessary to have anyone in the hotel after 9 pm -- so you cannot use the gym after 9; nor acquire anything from the hotel. Finally, the buffet breakfast was minimally stocked and the absolute minimum staff they used was hard-pressed to keep the buffet stocked. Then on the last day the Buffey Coffee machine broke. Overall an exceptionally disappointing experience.

We had a delightful stay at the Heidelberger Hof. The Hotel is around the corner from the Main Street, Hauptßtrase in the old town so ideally placed to visit the historic city. It is a 20 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. We had a comfortable double bed and good shower. It was not noisy either. There is a buffet European breakfast on offer it is well presented and caters for guests with food allergies. Our group consisted of a vegetarian, gleans nut allergies and we all found the breakfast sufficient. Check out was simple and we were able to store our cases. We enjoyed our break at this hotel and in Heidelberg and would recommend both for a weekend break

Mitten in der Altstadt von Heidelberg - charmantes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - aber eben "mittendrin". Alles gut.

Gutes Hotel nahe ÖVPN, nahe Altstadt. Nettes Personal Zimmer klein aber ausreichend.
