在市中心商業街，但很安靜，環境很好，餐館很多

Very nice place to stay

Restaurant und Hotel waren bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen. Sind dann mit bestehenden Hotelgästen mitgelaufen und haben auf Mitarbeiter gewartet. Zimmer sind mit viel Charme eingerichtet, das Bett ist aber ausserordentlich weich.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet lecker und reichhaltig. Zentraler geht nicht, parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke mit Rabatt.

Good location, good breakfast and overall a pleasant German atmosphere. However: - No cleaning at all although i stayed 3 nights!! Not even clean towels or bed made up…. - there is a note in the room stating they don’t clean for stays of 2 nights or less for “environmental reasons”. Hard to believe as it feels more like lack of staff. - the room was pretty noice; Not from outside but more from somewhere in the building (loud music or TV, also Surinaamse night) I would consider to stay again due to location, breakfastwand atmosphere but only if they can guarantee decent cleaning of the room and at least a daily check of towels, curtains and bed.

Flott og sjarmerende lite hotell i den gamle bebyggelsen i Heidelberg. Ligger sentralt til. Rent og pent og en hyggelig betjening. Gode senger. Anbefaler et besøk.

Location can’t be beat. The Christmas markets are in front of the hotel. We could watch it from our room As well. We had a delicious dinner in the dining room. I had the roast beef in wine Sauce. Parking is tricky. Parking lot 12 is your best bet if you can find a spot.

The location and breakfast were amazing! Right in the center of the main square, the hotel also has a restaurant, so you can relax while watching the world go by! The staff was kind, the room simple, the breakfast outstanding

We had a great stay at Goldener Falke. The room was spacious and super clean. I like the fact of having a kettle and teabags in the room. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice and everything working perfektly well. Main feature of this holtel is of course the location in the middle of Altstadt, so Heidelbergs are attactions are all within walking distance.

Charming small hotel in the heart of old Heidelberg. Conveniently located. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent!

The Goldener Falke hotel in Heidelburg overlooks right onto Marketplatz where the part of the Heidelburg Christmas market is. Its also just a few steps from the Funicular that takes you up to Heidelburg castle. The hotel is small, but extremely comfortable. Great breakfasts in the morning, and the staff are very helpful. This hotel was the cutest/most memorable of our recent 5 city Christmas Market tour through Europe.
