Nice property, although the elevator was broken, but nice staff and comfy bed. Because elevator was broken they switched me to a first floor room at checkin which was acceptable, although I do prefer higher floors.

I feel the Hampton in Helena was very clean the staff was polite and helpful. The room was not what I had reserved. We reserved a room with a daybed in addition to our bed. We did not have the daybed, but it worked out ok. The staff at the breakfast room were very nice but the hot foods were not that great. All in all, the rooms were nice for the price thank you

The lady at the front desk was not pleasent and came across and rude. Aftet traveling, it was frustrating.

clean and condition was great. However road noise was more than expected.

The rooms were clean and we love the pet policy. Breakfast was very good as well. The only negative was the bed. It was just very firm and not very comfortable. The area around the motel was quite rundown and there were really no choice for dining close by.

After 10:00pm dogs were barking at each other then the fire alarm went off around 2:00am and kids were running up and down the hallways screaming. Then the fire alarm went off again around 6:45am. The elevator was noisy and was out of service so we had to drag our luggage down two flights of stairs.

Great stay. Except parking was hard to find.

We booked this property for its proximity to our event and because of its pool and hot tub. When we arrived at the property there was a sign at the front desk that said the pool and hot tub were closed. It would have been nice to have that on their web site. I was told that it takes 30 days to put the notice on the website. I then said we should have been notified that all amenities advertised were not available. He indicated he thought we should have received an email. We didn’t receive an email nor did anyone traveling with us. He offered to cancel the reservation at no charge but we had no guarantee of finding another place to stay on such short notice.
