酒店位置接近市中心，大約需要10分鐘車程。房間空間感還可以，洗手間地下有發熱線。早餐絕對可以。唯一美中不足是House keeping服務不到位。洗頭水晚上用完之後，明天早上都沒有更換。咖啡飲完之後都沒有補充。地上的垃圾都沒有打掃清潔。不過，床舖每天都有更換的。酒店的設施有一個暖水游泳池和桑拿室。還有健身室。都是滿意的。

房間電話是壞的，通知並報修，但完全沒有人來維修。 第一天入住，房間的免費水有一瓶瓶口幾乎打開，後來，服務員換了新水。

由於我要去巖石教堂，所以訂了這家酒店，超出預期的好，值得推薦，早餐品種雖然不太多，但出品好，房間也很滿意，就是淋浴間是在浴缸裏沐浴，防水玻璃窄窄的，洗完澡之後浴缸外面全是滴水—這點不好。其它滿意的

幫忙辦理入住的工作人員態度極佳且會主動與客人打招呼。酒店早餐選擇多樣的同時晚餐也好味。唯獨某位自稱來自美國的工作人員與客人交流十分困難彷彿聽不懂英語一樣

酒店非常不錯，位置很好，停車方便，到中央火車站很近，步行可達，打車到機場，酒店叫車52歐元，20分鐘。 房間面積大，佈局合理，床品比較舒適。 早餐品種非常豐富，很有特色，有重點推薦的北極超級美食，還有嚴格素食主義者和節食者的專門食物櫃。

地點一般，環境可以，為生也不錯，不是市中心，不過旁邊有一個網紅芬蘭菜餐廳，不過我沒去，應該不錯。

服務分給八樓的清潔工。八樓的清潔工是所有皇冠假日酒店中最臭的。她門不僅沒有笑容，甚至連敬語也不會説。其他都好。

位置很方便，周邊相對來説應有盡有。整體感覺不錯，環境，衞生，服務質量都匹配上四星標準。早餐也能接受。
