Nice location and friendly staff, and THAT’S ALL THE PROS. GUEST WI-FI IS DOWN throughout my stay and no alternative network is available, then I missed one online meeting. BEDSIDE SOCKET IS BROKEN, making it impossible to use the phone or tablet while charging, and the ADVERTISING IS QUITE MISLEADING —I booked a single room at Trip.com, I thought it would be a room with private toilet, since nothing was mentioned in the title while other types of rooms are highlighted for the “shared bathroom”. Well, and the SOUNDPROOF can just be ignored. Maybe ‘Hostel’ is better for the name.

There is no way to get a key after 22:00. This is very inconvenient ; due to Finnish border issues we had over 10 hour delay. Hotel sees this as "no show", while the client simply shows up a bit later. Difficult to find as well.

Very nice price and at the same time in the city center. Everything is nearby: metro, shops, main attractions, trolleybus stop right at the hotel. This is a small and cozy boutique hotel. There is everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend this boutique hotel!👍😊

Это самый лучший вариант для 2-3 остановки в Хельсинки рядом Сенатская площадь , Александрин кату, трамвай прямо до парома (если кому надо), всё вообще рядом, офигенный обслуживающий персонал, говорят на финском, английском, эстонском, русском, чистота в номерах, чувствуешь себя как в старое время, ещё до освобождения Финляндии

Most lovely and cozy hotel in Helsinki by my opinion! Rooms are clean and fresh, best view from window compared to price! They have a kitchen where you can find anything you need to make food, also tea, coffee and even cookies. Everything is themed in old Finland house way, feels like a home also personal is super sweet and helpful.And I can’t forget about the view from balcony 🤤 highly recommended 10/10💌

Super nice hostel just in the city center. Rooms are very spacious and warm. They have a fridge and a sink in the rooms. Bathroom and showers are very clean. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find complimentary cookies, coffee and tea! The tram stops just in front of the hotel entrance so it’s very easy to get there from central station. Everything is walking distance or you can just get the tram. The place is kept like a little gem. I strongly suggest it for your stay in Helsinki. Special mention to the sweetest ever receptionist that helped me with my early check in.

The hotel refused a later check in (when our flights were changed) and said we must cancel. Being left without accommodation on the very day of travel was difficult enough, but not refunding us was simply unfair. In decades of travelling I have found hotels always to help to find a solution to unexpected circumstances, I have never encountered this stone-walling inflexibility before. Afterwards I asked to talk to the management, never heard back. I rarely make the effort to leave a negative review, but in this case I just must.

A cosy, simple place to stay in an excellent location - I was just in Helsinki for a few hours and the hotel was an ideal option for my stay.
