No tv in certain rooms, checked the mattress and it had ********* on it and a blue pill under the covers.. no bathroom door in our room, no shower nob to cut on the shower only bath… random **** asked were we suppose to be here

Pésimo lugar muy sucio desde el piso hasta las cobijas sin sensores de humo mucho olor a cigarro y a sucio cobijas rotas la cerradura de la entrada no servía ni la televisión ni cable creo que este lugar lo renta el gobierno para hospedar a homeless una que otra cucaracha definitivamente no regresaría ni gratis pésima experiencia

Hice reservacion para mi hijo Leonardo y su familia, llegaron y afuera habian homeless fue a revisar la habitacion y encontro chinches en los colchones , pasillos sucios , y por la salud especialmente de los ninos , se fueron a otro hotel que si era limpio y de mejor trato del personal ,voy a notificar a Health Dep. a la Asociacion de Hoteles de California para que inspeccione este hotel y otros en el area,

El personal muy amable pero los cuartos estaban muy mal en un cuarto avía sangre en el baño y en el otro avía pulgas en la cama

No lo recomiendo a nadie es un lugar super sucio asqueroso perdi mi dinero mejor x que ahi ni de regalado me quedaré jamas

I been staying here in between houses while my place is ready And on the night of the 9th I went to get in the shower at midnight and turned the handle to turn on the water and to my surprise the handle popped off and hit me in the mouth and started instantly soaking me in high powered scalding hot water. Within seconds my room was flooded. My husband who has chronic heart failure and my 2 dogs were terrified. Sally the front desk did what she could and tried to contact someone because the water shut off valve to the room 119 was missing. Everything I own is water logged,I was hoping to be able to dry my stuff in the dryer on site but I was just given a new room and nothing ever mentioned about it again. I like the staff and they are nice and all but now I find my self with a broken tooth that hurts and not even a follow up with how am I feeling the following morning. All my belongings are mildewing and lost important medical documents that causing a problem trying to get my husbands meds refilled. I wasn’t aware the impact of the situation until was at work the following morning the throbbing tooth and sore body and wet clothes. Other than that it’s been pleasant.

Door barely closed , was dirty, no heater , was freezing, graffiti on wall Bugs on floor Not inhabitable, city should close it down.
