The room was good. Only problem was that there were only 2 bath towels. My wife needs an extra one to dry her hair.

The room we stayed in had several lady bugs crawling in the walls and flying around. We talked to guest services and they changed the room, but the little critters were still there the next morning.

Amazing staff, Bella at the front desk was an absolute joy. She was very helpful with everything. Next time we're visiting family we will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean/safe. Only complaint is that we arrived at the hotel around 2:00 am and were only staying in due to bad weather while traveling. They told us we couldn't have a late checkout because we booked through *******. I've booked Holiday Inn's through ******* for years and have never run into this, in fact we were at another Holiday Inn the previous night and did a late checkout (booked through *******). We were exhausted from traveling 600 miles and had 2 young kids that we were hoping to let sleep as long as possible. The front desk wasn't very polite or accommodating and we felt like it was because we had young children/arrived late (we were caught in a downpour and hail and a large string of storms on the highway).

Comfy beds and clean room. The only negative was the breakfast. Not very appealing cuisine so we obtained our breakfast from a local establishment.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. It was quiet and clean.

Good customer service, comfortable beds and clean. I will be staying again when have to come back to Henderson.

Breakfast could have been better, but everything else was fine.
