"Comments: At first, I'll admit I had some hesitation about the Henderson because of the very very reasonable price compared to other B&Bs in the area. That hesitation disappeared almost immediately after we arrived. Why: The location (one short block from all the action. The very welcoming reception when we came in the door. Did I mention the price? How do they even make any money... Once inside you are immersed in such a wonderfully eclectic environment. Your eyes can't stop looking around at everything. This 100+ year old building has another feature that I loved. The squeaky floors and stairs confirmed it is an old stately lady. You are taken back to another era. But, if you are looking for elegance, don't look here. If you want a more bohemian experience, this is the place. The food is tremendous, as you would expect when the owner provides the "elegance" here through his food. Some of the rooms might be smaller than others, but they were larger than we needed. It was so convenient to walk one or a few blocks to so much dining and shopping. Didn't use the car at all except for wineries. . As Mikey said in TV ads years ago, "Try it, you'll like it" Finally, I'm not a relative and was not paid for these words. I just wanted to give credit when it is duly earned"

"This was my second visit to the Farm. This time I brought my daughter hoping to have an amazing mother daughter trip. We stayed at the Lily Cottage. The cottage was very clean and looked exactly like the picture. The second day we enjoyed a wonderful spa day. It was just as I had remembered. Friendly staff and we both enjoyed our spa treatments. The restaurant was horrible. I had a 2:30 spa appointment and we arrived at the Silo at 1:20pm hoping to have a quick brunch and walk over to the spa. I ordered eggs with potatoes and fruit and it took over an hour. I had to leave without eating so I wouldn’t miss my spa appointment. That evening, we had reservations for dinner. Once again, we were disappointed. The food was bland and terrible. Nothing at all like I remembered from my first visit in April of 2023. My Daughters food was so bad, I had to take her to pick up a pizza after we left. As we were leaving we noticed that the restaurant had a B sanitation grade. For what I paid, to stay at this resort, this was unacceptable."

"The natural scenery is good, the original ecology, it is still warm, but the facilities are very old, the door lock is good to use the key 🔑, there is no elevator, a little feeling of a homestay, like nostalgia can be considered. It is not worth the price compared to domestic hotels."
