On the first morning, I was standing in about a foot of water as my shower was backed up. I used all of my towels to clean up the floor - which covered the entire floor. I went to the front desk, told them and asked to have the glog fixed and towels for the next day. I returned to my room a few hours later to find my room made up, my luggage was moved, etc. - Didn't ask to have my luggage packed, etc. Returned to front desk 5 times to find out if glog was fixed and why room was "made up." (I don't like people touching my stuff!!) The front desk staff showed NO concern about whether I was upset, to find out the answer to my questions, etc. - Like I said - it took FIVE visits to get an answer - UNSATISFIED!
