A complete impertinence. The hotel is dirty, needs decoration so much that as a hotel director I would feel ashamed to give out those rooms. I got a smoker room and accordingly opened the window. As a consequence, I got a cold and am terribly ill now. Also guests seem to be not of good society. The door was blocked, I had to open it with a lot of energy to get in. The state of the room is just terrible. The price (90 euros) for this is very far from being appropriate. It was listed as a 4-star hotel but any hostel for 15 euros is a hundred times better in my opinion. The only good thing was that I managed to catch the train to Berlin in time, next train would have needed to wait 30 minutes. Would I return? Not if you pay me less than a thousand euros. It's really so bad I cannot imagine I had a likewise terrible stay in my life. I really wonder where the 4 stars come from, it should be a minus 4. This hotel should be closed and re-opened after a general decoration after 2 years. I didn't try food, the service, if taking into account that I had been given a ugly smoker-room was bad, personnel however not unfriendly. But smoker's room in our time - I didn't know they still exist. I strongly recommend not going there, you may regret otherwise.
