迪馬吉奧豪華酒店＆SPA(Dimargio Luxury Hotel & Spa)

This is a perfect hotel if you want to be in the center of Heraklion. And very quiet at the same time. The hotel seems almost new. Bedding is extremely comfortable. And breakfast is great. All the staff is very attentive. Sophia, at the reception was particularly nice and helpfull. Always smiling and she gave us many useful information. Do not hesitate to stay at the dimargio.

The title says it all!! I came at the end of May till early June 23 with friends. I stayed for 6 nights and was very impressed on arrival. I met Eva and she checked me in with a welcome drink whilst I took in the décor and how clean the hotel was. The hotel is well built, modern and a contemporary feel with no expense spared, the layout and finishing was done very well, bright and clean. Absolutely everything is new in the hotel! The rear of the dining area was the best surprise of all. A courtyard compromising of an old partial bare house around a 100 years old and made into a dining/bar area where I can take in the sun and have cocktails in a intimate setting. The hotel rooms were just great, a big bed with all amenities, warm powerful shower and quiet at night. I used the gym area in lower ground floor which was clean. They also have a spa area too. I made my way to breakfast every morning with no disappointments and plenty of fresh fruit and breakfast items. In the evenings, I would have dinner and greeted by the well renowned Head Chef Miron. An absolute pleasure to meet as well as the food he prepares with great detail and passion. I credit to him and an asset to the Dimargio Luxury hotel brand. We then left for Agios Nikolaos, however I ended staying there for further 2 days and on travelling back to Heraklion I emailed The lovely Katerina at Dimargio whom in a few hours booked another room for me for further 2 days and so I extended my stay once more. I wouldn't stay any where else and didn't think of looking as I knew what to expect and to high standards. The entire Dimargio team were just perfect, attention to detail, warm and helpful. I didn't want to leave but will be visiting again very soon. A 5* star rating for a 5* star hotel. Well done and see you soon.

Beautiful hotel in central location in Heraklion’s Old Town. Great access to local shops, restaurants and tavernas. The hotel opened earlier this year and is bright and stylish. All staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and efficient. We received a free welcoming drink in the bar area while our bags were taken to our room on arrival. Our room was very comfortable with efficient air conditioning. Bed was extremely comfy and we both slept well. Shower a good size with hot water all day. A great breakfast with a wide range of items both hot and cold and the Greek yoghurt was sensational. I would heartily recommend this hotel to friends and family and would happily return to stay in the future.

Lovely staff (especially Eva on the front desk), great location in the centre of town close to all the activities. It’s 9 months open and looks the part. We upgraded our room as the smallest rooms are small - it was worth it. Good breakfast with enough of everything to satisfy most tastes.

My Husband and I stayed here after a week stay at a beach resort. We intended to explore the island and feel this hotel was the perfect place due to location and amenities available to us. The staff that assisted us were outstanding and could not do enough to help us. Eva is the sweetest and kindest person and should receive recognition for her work. Katerina was equally helpful. We booked B&B, and the breakfast was great. The rooms were great too and comfortable to stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

What can I say!! Amidst the chaos of the Air Traffic control issue on Monday 28th August we came across this hotel. Arriving in the early hours of the morning the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Next morning we got a late checkout at 2pm so that we could figure out what was happening. Admittedly we ended up in a junior suite but the luxury of the deep mattress, the softest pillows ever, the beautiful room and bathroom and the friendliest staff added the perfect end to a chaotic day. Thank you!!! I would definitely use this hotel for a city break.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The receptionists in particular were respectful, kind and very helpful. They made us feel valued. Breakfast was very good and again, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Buses are close by and beaches lovely. This is a great hotel to stay at. We would definitely stay again.

Excellente Hotel mais le plus impressionnant est la réceptionniste nommée Sophie. Elle nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et elle nous a beaucoup aidé pour nos visites dans la ville. Toujours souriante 🙂

Wonderful stay at the Dimargio Hotel. The staff can't do enough for you. Whether it be the Reception staff, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast staff/restaurant (the buffet breakfast is fantastic).The hotel is lovely, very clean, a great bed ..always a plus! Very central location in the town of Heraklion. What a find. So sad to leave!
