Comfortable stay at Hampton. They provide airport transfer and shuttle service within 10min from hotel is a big plus for me.

The hotel was clean and in very good condition as far as the facilities go. The breakfasts were hot, and had a nice variety and were tasty. However, the thing that sets this hotel apart is the TREMENDOUS customer service. The staff here are not only professional and friendly, but went above and beyond with any request we had and always made it feel like not only was it not a burden, but that they were genuinely happy to help. The free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel was very useful and allowed us to go shopping and to dinner without having to uber or get a rental car. They were quick to respond and picked us up with smiles and a friendly attutude. My daughter and I travel alot and this is the best customer service we have received anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommended staying here.

The hotel is in a good location. My work is a few minutes away. Samantha was awesome during check in. She even texted me later on to ask if all was well. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I’ll be back.

The rooms were clean and spacious, which was great. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. I really liked the property overall—it felt safe, which is especially important when traveling with kids. The location is very convenient: it's close to restaurants, about 30 minutes from DC, and just 10 minutes from the airport. There's also a large Target with a CVS nearby, which was super handy if you're traveling with kids.

Had a great stay here. Staff were VERY friendly & helpful. Room was great. Everything was very clean & plenty to watch on tv. Will definitely come back whenever i have to visit virginia.

Not the best stay I’ve had I had a late check in after an eight hour international flight, and was told checkout was not until noon. It was really upsetting to have housekeeping, knocking and yelling at my door at 8:07 this morning when I was barely awake and certainly did not want to be Awake or up. The rest of the stay was fine other than that. Housekeeping knew good and well that I had not checked out yet. What is the point of turning over the room when I’m still in it?

Uninteresting breakfast, only one slow elevator working! Only 2 paper cups in the room with cleaning service every other day! The people working at the hotel were excellent! Very nice!
