Food was good only need little more clean. Because that carpet has some smells. Other way is good thank you

Excellent location! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decor was dated, but it there was signs that renovations were happening. Beds were like sleeping on a boad and the pillows weren't even standard size. Again, the location was amazing very close to a lot of attractions in Hershey!

NASTY, NASTY, NASTY! The lobby was very clean. It looked like a good place to stay. The gentlemen at the counter was very nice. Once you move out of the lobby, it is NASTY. The room smelled. There was dried coffee or some type of drink on the furniture. There were hairs everywhere in the bedding and bathroom. The beds looked as though the sheets had not been changed since the last occupants. There was stuff smeared on the wall. The carpet was the absolute worst. It looked as though it had never been cleaned. All kinds of stains all over it. I was scared to walk around without my shoes on. I saw the "cleaning" cart in the hall. No cleaning supplies. The nastiness seems to be a theme of Wyndham hotels. This has been the case of many Wyndham properties. My first morning, I got to the breakfast at 8 am. The few scrambled eggs that were there were dried up. They had been sitting there for hours. I could not eat anything there. It was nasty. I will never stay at another Wyndham property again. The Hershey health depar**ent needs inspect this facility. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean. I had only one concern. I was surprised there was no usb outlets for phone chargers. I had to buy usb blocks for my phone cords. All the other hotels i have stayed at have them on the nightstands. Otherwise it was very comfortable stay.

there was a note in the lobby telling you that you had to request housekeeping service. we specifically requested that our room be made up the next day. we left early and never arrived back until late. no one ever came in to make the beds or clean the room. very disappointing for the amount of money we paid. also - uncomfortable beds and poor quality linens and pillows. will not stay again.

A very comfortable stay all in all. Breakfast is very very basic. Could do with some egg option. Otherwise, it’s all carbs and sweets.

An affordable stay. Lots of parking, checkin was easy and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very basic

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they even let us check in early with only a 20 minute notice. We had Everything we needed.
