On the topic of the pool towel policy: we do aim to maintain a fair use of sunbeds for all our guests. While we allow a 30-minute break, our team may occasionally act sooner if beds appear unused and other guests are waiting. We understand how frustrating this can feel, and we will review the consistency of this practice to ensure it’s handled as clearly and kindly as possible.
