Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Appartment war Klasse, mit viel Platz und einer qualitativ hochwertigen Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das breite Bett war sehr bequem und es gab mehrere Kissen pro Kopf. Die gute, leise Klimaanlage half uns in sehr warmen Nächten beim Einschlafen, aber sonst reichte Dank der vielen Fenster auch simples Querlüften. Die kleine, verwinkelte, sehr saubere Anlage ist mit Ihren Sitzecken, viel Grün und einem chilligen Pool einfach bezaubernd. Das Restaurant ist auch ganz hervorragend! Wir haben gelegentlich leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen hier genossen - bei tollem Ausblick, einer angenehmen Wind-Brise und umsorgt von einem sehr aufmerksamen Service-Team. Das Herz und die Seele der Villa Iokasti sind Kate, Eleni und ihr freundliches Team. Dank Ihrer Gastfreundschaft fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen. Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons fait en famille le tour de la Crête pendant 10 jours et notre périple s'est terminé par 3 nuits à Iokasti Villa. Nous logions dans un duplex 2 chambres (numéro 2) Pourquoi avons nous adoré notre séjour : - pour son emplacement (au coeur de Loukoutoufari avec toute l'animation, les boutiques, les commerces, les restaurants nécessaires... mais tout en restant au calme. 15mn à pieds de la plage - pour le style petit village crétois, fleuri, et à taille humaine - pour l'appartement en duplex très bien décoré (climatisation et moustiquaire au 1er étage), cuisine en contre bas, terrasse aménagé sur les 2 étages. Vue mer - pour la piscine et alentours décorés type bohème chic - pour le personnel. Que se soit au niveau de la réception ou des personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien (je n'ai pas testé la partie restauration), tout le monde est vraiment adorable (Cecilia est d'une extrême gentillesse) En bref, cet ensemble de bungalows plein de charme et rénové avec goût est loin de la masse de touristes qui se situe plutôt en contre-bas, au niveau de la plage et des gros complexes hôteliers. Il est idéalement placé et vous permettra de passer de très agréables vacances au calme. Si je devais mentionner 2 points à améliorer pour que ce soit "plus que parfait" ;), ce serait l'ajout de la climatisation ou bien d'un ventilateur au rez de chaussée et l'ajout d'un petit four ou d'un micro ondes dans la cuisine... le reste est TOP ! Au plaisir de vous retrouver lors de nos prochaines vacances !

Les hôtes étaient très gentils, le lieu était top. Rien à redire mise à part le manque de climatisations pour ceux qui dorment en bas car il a fait trop chaud. Le personnel était très sympa également. Le placement de l’appart’ hôtel était top aussi, à côté de boutiques, petits markets et restaurants. On a adoré !

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. September 2021 im Dorf Koutouloufari oberhalb der quirligen Touristenmetropole Chersonissos in der Villa Iokasti untergebracht. Das ist eine sehr geschmackvolle Anlage von teils ein-, teils zweistöckigen Ferienwohnungen, die quasi dorfartig angeordnet sind. Die Villa Iokasti liegt an der schmalen und deshalb recht ruhigen Dorfstraße von Koutouloufari. Die Wohnungen bieten wegen der Hanglage zum Teil Meerblick. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein schöner und gepflegter Swimmingpool, wir schätzen ca. 12 m lang. Und dann gibt es noch das ausgezeichnete Restaurant Iokasti, das wir aber getrennt bewerten. Man hatte uns Wohnung Nr. 19 reserviert, mit einem großen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich im Erdgeschoss (auf den Liegeteilen des Sofas hätten auch noch zwei weitere Personen übernachten können) und dem Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett und dem Bad sowie einem Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Alles war geschickt arrangiert mit optimaler Platznutzung. Vor der Tür gab es dann noch eine Sitzecke. Die Matratze im großen Bett war einwandfrei. Die nassen Badesachen von den zahlreichen Poolbesuchen konnte man auf einem Gestell auf dem Balkon zum Trocknen aufhängen. Es hätte Frühstück gegeben, wir haben es dann aber nicht genommen, nachdem uns versichert wurde, dass es wohl sehr üppig ausfällt. Wir als Rentner hatten schon zuvor im Hotel Rimondi in Rethymnon erlebt, dass einem dann so viele leckere Speisen geboten werden, dass man gar nicht alles, was einen reizt, probieren kann. Für Selbstversorger gibt es hier fast gegenüber einen kleinen Supermarkt mit angeschlossener Bäckerei. Wer mit dem Mietwagen kommt, kann zum Ausladen des Gepäcks vorfahren. Der kostenlos nutzbare Dorfparkplatz liegt dann etwas unterhalb der Anlage, knapp 300m entfernt. Die Anlage und das zugehörige Restaurant werden von einer unheimlich netten und charmanten Familie betrieben. Seniorchefin Katharina und Juniorchefin Eleni sind in ihrer freundlichen und herzlichen Art immer da, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei ihnen sehr genossen und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Det mest fantastiske ferie paradis! Personalet var søde, morgenmaden overgik alt forventning, deres koncept med en kurv på værelset var GENIALT! Mad, service, personale, værelser, faciliteter, alt i alt fantastisk!

Très bel établissement et appartement spacieux

Excellent accommodation beautifully designed and decorated. The facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to everyone who came. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a daily maid service and they were always very friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay. The three villages of Koutouloufari, Piskopiano and Old HERSONNISSOS are delightful

Beautiful comfortable accommodation. The family make you so welcome you feel like you are one of them. The village of Koutouloufari together with Piskopiano and Old HERSONNISSOS form a trio of friendly places where you are always made to feel welcome.

What a fabulous little place. 10 nights of bliss. Everything was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly and the accomodation (1 bed apt) was just ideal very clean all the items you need for self catering. We had a lovely garden in front of us with herbs and flowers very well looked after. The chef picked fresh herbs for the on site resturant and the food was excellent. Our room was spacious and nice and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. The most comfortable bed I have slept in when been on holiday. There were lots of little touches around the place which made it feel special.

My partner & I had the best experience here ! This apartment complex was beautiful, very personal & bespoke. The furnishings were very tasteful, Very clean. The owners were warm & friendly & had a real family atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating & nothing was too much trouble. There was a herb garden & the plants were outstanding, each veranda/patio area had beautiful outdoor furniture & cushions etc We loved this place so much we booked for next year before leaving ! House keeping every day place is spotless always and a joy to come back to. Jane & mark

Just returned home😥 from a week in villa lokasti..Everything about the place is so perfect.. 1 bed apartment with 2 balconys, large queen bed,,lounge with kitchen, and air con.perfect... Pool area is beautiful, with mixture of different beds ,Never a problem getting a bed anytime of the day.👍 Pool goes from 1mt to 4 mt deep and so refreshing. ELENI,,the young lady who owns the place is very helpful if ever needed and around everyday. The cleaners do a amazing job,, Also big shout out to the staff in the AMAZING lokaski restaurant, popping round the pool to speak and take orders and advise on the dishes on show...THANKS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED.....WE'LL BE BACK.💯

Now for the fourth time we have had a vacation apartment in Villa Iokasti in Koutouloufari, again our No. 19, which we love so much. You just come home here to all the lovely nice people. And to welcome us we found a lovingly designed fruit basket with house red wine. We have already praised the destination at length in our previous reviews, and there is nothing to take back -- no, the Iokastis have continued to improve. They have invested in new WiFi equipment, which works well everywhere. The kitchenette now also has a modern capsule coffee maker. The rooms are done not only every other day, but every day. What's also new is that you not only get a breakfast basket in front of the apartment in the morning if you wish, but you can alternatively have a "late riser" breakfast in the restaurant from 10:00: We have ordered after the morning bath hour in the well-maintained pool from the card mostly a Cretan omelet with tomatoes, onions and feta cheese, plus spinach and cheese pita. In addition, there is, also this is new, in addition to the coffee various delicious teas. But you can also get your own groceries at two mini-markets in the immediate vicinity (with a remarkable assortment despite the small sales area). We took advantage of this in part, not least to get a few delicacies for house cat Lily, who was already waiting for us. And: what would the whole thing be without the incredibly kind people who keep the business running: Senior Chef Katerina, Junior Chef Eleni, and all the "officious good spirits" working visibly or behind the scenes. Here you are really at home. We will be happy to come back and have already booked.

My stay was exceptional - the staff were fabulous and delighted in anticipating our group's every need! This was one of the very best experiences I've had while travelling - the villa, the pool, the food and drinks...all exceeded expectation. I highly recommend a stay with the lovely Katie, Elena and Villa Iokasti staff!

Villa Iokasi far exceeded my expectations. The location is conveniently located close to the cute shops and an easy walk or drive down to the sea. The view from their patio is phenomenal! Even better than all of that is Kate, the owner, and the amazing staff that bend over backwards to make you happy. The food, the drinks, the service...heaven. Stay here, you won't regret it!
