Abbiamo trovato questo posto grazie ad una recensione ed abbiamo cenato due volte nel ristorante di questa struttura ed entrambe le volte ci siamo trovati benissimo: cibo ottimo, eleganza, cordialità... davvero da provare! La proprietaria poi è semplicemente fantastica!!!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Appartment war Klasse, mit viel Platz und einer qualitativ hochwertigen Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das breite Bett war sehr bequem und es gab mehrere Kissen pro Kopf. Die gute, leise Klimaanlage half uns in sehr warmen Nächten beim Einschlafen, aber sonst reichte Dank der vielen Fenster auch simples Querlüften. Die kleine, verwinkelte, sehr saubere Anlage ist mit Ihren Sitzecken, viel Grün und einem chilligen Pool einfach bezaubernd. Das Restaurant ist auch ganz hervorragend! Wir haben gelegentlich leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen hier genossen - bei tollem Ausblick, einer angenehmen Wind-Brise und umsorgt von einem sehr aufmerksamen Service-Team. Das Herz und die Seele der Villa Iokasti sind Kate, Eleni und ihr freundliches Team. Dank Ihrer Gastfreundschaft fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen. Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons fait en famille le tour de la Crête pendant 10 jours et notre périple s'est terminé par 3 nuits à Iokasti Villa. Nous logions dans un duplex 2 chambres (numéro 2) Pourquoi avons nous adoré notre séjour : - pour son emplacement (au coeur de Loukoutoufari avec toute l'animation, les boutiques, les commerces, les restaurants nécessaires... mais tout en restant au calme. 15mn à pieds de la plage - pour le style petit village crétois, fleuri, et à taille humaine - pour l'appartement en duplex très bien décoré (climatisation et moustiquaire au 1er étage), cuisine en contre bas, terrasse aménagé sur les 2 étages. Vue mer - pour la piscine et alentours décorés type bohème chic - pour le personnel. Que se soit au niveau de la réception ou des personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien (je n'ai pas testé la partie restauration), tout le monde est vraiment adorable (Cecilia est d'une extrême gentillesse) En bref, cet ensemble de bungalows plein de charme et rénové avec goût est loin de la masse de touristes qui se situe plutôt en contre-bas, au niveau de la plage et des gros complexes hôteliers. Il est idéalement placé et vous permettra de passer de très agréables vacances au calme. Si je devais mentionner 2 points à améliorer pour que ce soit "plus que parfait" ;), ce serait l'ajout de la climatisation ou bien d'un ventilateur au rez de chaussée et l'ajout d'un petit four ou d'un micro ondes dans la cuisine... le reste est TOP ! Au plaisir de vous retrouver lors de nos prochaines vacances !

Just returned from a fantastic 12 nights at villa Iokasti. What can I say? Firstly and most importantly Katy amd Eleni the hosts are the most lovely, kind people. All the staff from the maids to bar and waiting staff are so friendly. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The pool area is well maintained, with beautiful flowers and herbs and plenty of sun beds.. The food is amazing, slightly different from the norm and attention to detail is 1st class. My husband's mum died while we were visiting and everyone was so kind and considerate. We are already looking at dates to return.

Just returned from 2 weeks and loved it. Katy, Eleni and staff made us so welcome and always on hand should you need them. Our 2-bed duplex apart was fab with a great view. Restaurant great & breakfast basket wonderful and great value. Def be back hopefully in the not too distant future! Thank you Villa Iokasti!!! 🇬🇷💙

Beautiful restaurant in the centre of koutaloufari & Piskopiano. Mainly Italian dishes with a few local dishes too. Friendly service and nice wine. We had pasta bows with salmon and chicken in cream with tagliatelle with a basket of bread to share. Will definitely return.

We've been visiting the villages since 2007 but never stayed here as we've always booked a package . We have eaten in the restaurant and we consider it to be the best in Koutouloufari. This year we decided to book Villa Iokasti and we are so glad we did. The place is family owned and run, and every single member of staff goes out of their way to assist you and chat with you whenever they are able. Kate and Eleni are the most wonderful hosts- so warm and welcoming. Maria and Kostas in the restaurant and Cecilia in housekeeping are wonderful people with always a smile and time to chat. The rooms are quite frankly the best we have EVER had the pleasure of staying in, every detail has been carefully thought through- and the finish of the room and decor is second to none. The pool area is small and intimate with enough space for everyone to relax in their own way- it has a rustic charm. The garden area is full of herbs which are used in the restaurant and our terrace was right next to it with the most wonderful aromas every day- just perfect. We travelled with family who were staying just up the road and when they found it impossible to relax at their pool, Kate welcomed them to use ours which was so needed and so kind. Gold standard in hospitality and accommodations has been set by Kaitie and Eleni. A dynamic mother daughter duo that brings cretan passion, joy and loving care to every guest. Villa Iokasti is a true gem, and one of the best I have ever stayed at❤️ the attention to detail, its charm , an the hospitality from the owners and the rest of the staff truly makes this your home away from home. A beautiful kitchen garden with fresh tomato and other vegetable, flowers everywhere and a really nice pool area 🤩🤩🤩 Nice spacious apartments with really comfortable beds - slept like an angel 🥰 Breakfast basket was amazing , and the restaurant- Wow 🤩 one of the best in Koutouloufari ❤️ high quality food …. Do not miss this gem ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Villa Iokasti. It has a great location near most shops and restaurants in Koutouloufari and the beach is a 15-20 minutes walk away. Our studio room was air-conditioned, clean, comfortable and came with equipment such as clothes drying racks and cutlery. The poolside and main dining/lounge area is lovely and beautifully decorated to match the summer Mediterranean vibes. The restaurant food was delicious, as was the wine from their own vineyards. The staff are helpful and courteous and the owners very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

The villa iokasti was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were very good, from the owner to the cleaning ladles. We had to miss the start of our holiday due to a medical emergency for our family pet. Everyone was really sympathetic to us, and this really did help us . The room we had was spotlessly clear and this was case throughout our stay. Would we go back? 100%.

I had an amazing stay in Villa Iocasti for a week in May. The Apartment Suite was spacious, modern and immaculately clean. The food in the adjoining restaurant was absolutely fabulous, it's clear they take great pride in the cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients. The owner Katerina and her daughter Eleni were fantastic to me throughout my stay. I'm glad I found this little oasis in Koutouloufari and will 100% stay here again.

From arriving at 10.00pm the hosts mother Kate and daughter Elini made us feel so welcomed along with Nicholas bar and restaurant manager; they further ensured the restaurant remained open so we were able to have an exceptional meal from a varied menu which made it hard for us to decide as they all looked so delicious to choose. We eventually tried different dishes over the stay which all were amazing, we also learned some of the herbs used were found in the gardens of the apartments. What can I say blown away by the size comfortable immaculately clean, tastefully designed and decorated apartment, equipped with all the essentials you need for self catering. The four poster bed which was spacious and comfortable clean soft pillows and bed linen. The house keeper Celina ( I hope I remembered her name correctly) ensured our apartment was serviced every day, including replenishing the flowers in the living area giving that extra touch. All the staff we saw and spoke to were so polite also ensuring you felt so welcome. The set up of the 20 apartments terraces gardens and pool are perfect for relaxing, feels as if you’re in your own little village. I will say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. If you have read this review, take my word for it you will not be disappointed, I am looking at returning in the very near future. Thank you all at Lokasti you are amazing.
