We had a terrible experience at the ritz spa. We booked 3 messages for Monday 11/4. The conversation over the phone was clear. I had someone close by when I was booking who confirmed I said Monday over the phone. The hotel send me a confirmation of the booking that I did not confirm or pay any attention to. Apparently, the confirmation said the 3 messages were booked for a day earlier. We missed the messages and were charged for them. I kindly asked the management to review the conversation (as the hotel records conversations for quality assurance). My request was denied and ignored. I sent numerous communication requests kindly asking for this matter to be looked into. Spa manager and Customer relations manager both ignored my emails and phone calls. I was expecting much more from Ritz customer service.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле по семейным делам. Отель хороший, но были иногда сложности с уборкой. Но менеджер Мария Торкановская всегда оперативно решала все вопросы и благодаря ее профессионализму впечатление от нашего пребывания в отеле осталось очень хорошее, даже не смотря на некоторые нюансы. Спасибо Марии за заботу и внимательное отношение к гостям!

Apparently the Rich don't need any more guests... because three times I called their reservation center to book a night, in all three cases I was treated and serviced as if they were doing me a favor by even treating me. The third time was the most shocking, an operator named Tal, spoke to me shockingly. Before I even told her the date I wanted to arrive, she started detailing all the hotel procedures that I mentioned to her that we'll just start from the beginning to see if the date is free at all.

Cet hôtel extrêmement bien placé sur la marina bénéficie de très belles prestations ! À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassés au niveau de la chambre et avons eu une suite pour quatre nuits Personnel à l’écoute et proche du client, belle piscine sur le toit, très belle salle de sport, très beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner Bref tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour malgré l’ambiance actuelle !

Ficamos num quarto maravilhoso com terraço e vista para a Marina. Banheiro enorme com tudo de melhor e no quarto tudo excelente! Café da manhã muito bom! Na recepção fomos atendidos por Zack que merece nosso elogio pois foi muito atencioso e simpático.

We had 4 nights, booked via American Express which often leads to an upgraded room. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite, room 813. This has a view down the beach rather than the marina. We were celebrating 40 years since we met and there were balloons in the room, a personally enscribed little cake, and quite amazingly a hand drawn picture of us, as well as a bottle of fizz. A really amazing and lovely welcome. All of the staff in this hotel are superb, particularly Ron and Iyzik on the concierge desk who were fabulous. Our room is showing signs of age, but it was very comfortable - particularly the bed. The area outside the hotel is a bit scruffy in places, but there are a good variety of restaurants and a very old fashioned supermarket which was useful. Breakfast was included in our booking - I wouldn’t have paid the hotel price as it is crazy expensive, but there was a great selection of food and the coffee was delicious. On checking out, we were given a glass of fizz - great touch. It is a way to the airport - 45 minutes. All in all, a nice stay, but I think we would stay further down the coast next time or toward Jaffa. About $750 a night for a suite - expensive but Israel is!

I write this as titanium member of Marriott. Checked in at 3pm, and rooms not ready (even though I let them know i'd arrive early and checked in on the app). Pool closes at 6pm, which meant we couldn't use it b/c we didn't get into our room till after 4pm. While the hotel is 5-star their inability to have rooms ready for guests on time was terrible and the fact that a pool closes at all is ridiculous. The staff just said sorry, come tomorrow and i explained i was leaving the next day -- what a waste (btw the sun didn't set till after 9pm).

I just finished another long stay at the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya and wanted to share my experience. I’ve stayed here many times now and it always feels good coming back. The front desk and guest relations team were really warm and welcoming, and I saw Zack, Niv, Ori and David almost every day. They’re genuinely nice people and really made a difference during my stay. Henry at the bell stand is always great too. My room faced the marina and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Housekeeping kept the room clean and orderly and I really appreciated the extra attention from both Andreii and Jenny. Room service from Rafael’s team was consistently good. Breakfast was something I enjoyed every morning. Olga’s team (Vlodya and Nadine) remembered what I liked, which was nice, and dinner at Herbert Samuel was always enjoyable. Denis and the team always made great recommendations. I spent time at the pool too, and Michelle was always kind and checking in. The spa staff (Maggie, Victoria, Dean) were all helpful and made things comfortable. The trainers at the gym, Ori and Tzvika, were awesome! I also saw Maria around the hotel often. She always seems involved and paying attention, which I think makes a difference. What I like most about this hotel is how personal it feels. They remember returning guests and make things easy and comfortable. It’s become my usual place to stay when I’m in Herzliya and I’m already looking forward to coming back again. If more than five stars were possible, I’d give it.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Israel. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was one of the highlights, very fresh, high quality, and varied, with different options each day. There were freshly made juices and smoothies, as well as hot dishes prepared by the chefs, which we really appreciated. The spa was excellent. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and it was a perfect way to fully relax. There are also several saunas available. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The views from the rooms, especially those overlooking the marina, are beautiful and definitely add to the experience. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and would happily return!

This hotel is incredible. It was obvious from the moment we arrived. The actual hotel and location are both beautiful. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. Everything was great, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the people and service. The service is honestly the best we have ever experienced anywhere. Every single person we encountered - without exception - went above and beyond. It's obvious everyone actually cares. They don't just assist, they actually anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and made us feel cared for. The impact this had on our trip cannot be overstated. My kids said their favorite part of our entire vacation was the hotel. The experience here didn’t just complement our trip - it made it! A huge thank you to Niv, Shachar, and the entire team for delivering such an extraordinary experience. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set a standard that feels impossible to match. We are incredibly grateful and hope this is the only place we ever stay moving forward.

We are staying with our family at the Ritz Carlton Herzliya in two beautiful rooms facing the marina. I had to write this review though for some amazing staff members who absolutely made our stay exceptional. The whole staff have been wonderful so far, but special mention goes out to Yoni from the lobby bar and Zack from management. These gentlemen have shown us the epitome of genuine customer service and kindness from the heart. Bear in mind my husband is not an easy customer. He has special needs due to his health and is short on patience by nature. Yoni and Zack with their pleasant personalities and sincere kindness put my husband at ease by listening to his requests and anticipating all of our needs in advance. This is true five star service that you don't find in many places anymore. Thanks guys for exceeding our expectations and making our stay a spectacular experience!

Wonderful property and great location very close to the sea [walking distance]. You get everything you expect from Ritz - luxury, service, comfort. The only reason I did to give a 5 is that the fitness center is small and crowded. If that does not matter to you, then this is the perfect place to stay especially if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv.

Just returned from a weekend at the Ritz and had the most wonderful experience. Every single person we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and the hotel staff went out of their way to give us an incredible experience. The food was phenomenal, the room was clean and spacious with a view of the water, the pool and spa were clean and relaxing. Michelle took such amazing care of us and made us feel like we were royalty for the weekend. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered- I didn't even want to leave the hotel to explore!
