I absolutely love this place it’s family oriented or can be for couples as well good view out the window

Love this place just what you need when traveling

The property was not taken care of and the staff could care less. Tons of drug activity and heavy traffic in and out. Neighbors were noisy until 4am most nights so we hardly got any sleep. Stayed for 5 nights and the pool was not cleaned the entire time of our stay even after making multiple complaints. The first night we was there we realized we had mold in our bathroom we asked for a refund and they refused to give us a refund for the other 4 nights that we did not want to stay instead they came and “cleaned” the mold…due to no refund we stuck it out the other 4 nights miserably. The free breakfast was a joke compared to what I’ve had at other hotels. Felt unsafe the entire time I was there I was worried to leave my room. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra to stay at one of nicer hotels in the area because this place isn’t worth the little bit of money you save.

David, the night clerk went above board to make sure that I was taken care of. My reservation was for the wrong weekend and he spoke with ******* while i was present and got everything worked out. The tv remote didn't work and he made sure that was taken care of by providing me with another remote. Whatever they're paying this man isn't enough.

Basic motel design, clean and comfortable. Need first floor if you have difficulty with stairs. Bathroom had a stale drain odor on first day that cleared (dry drain??) Good price for value

The staff i think it may have been the manager there was rude and even went as far as to call me out of my name. Will never stay there again!!

We came to Hickory to visit family and chose this hotel as it in downtown. It’s close to everything bar, restaurant etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have little trouble with the sink but they came to fix it right the way. We will surely stay again next time

Only complaint bed sheets had somebody else hair in the bed so i went n purchased my own blanket and the towels in the bathroom hair someone elses hair in them luckily i brung my own towel n wash cloth

The hotel was decent, good location, close to downtown hickory and not too far from boone. However, the night we check in a very unfriendly and quite rude woman was at the front desk. The hotel room was 8/10 on cleanliness and the breakfast in the morning was always good.

Just stopped in for one night stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check in at 11pm and fair price compared to the other hotels in hickory. I’d stay again if in the area

The price was fine and the room conveniently located but there were no chairs in the room and some issues with other guests leaving there meals on the ground and cigarette butts and talking loudly out side at 4am. My throw on my bed had a cigarette burn in it and when we moved the beds there were playing cards and debris.

The room was not bad, but the place feels unsafe. We had a terrible night because you can hear absolutely every noise from the neighboring rooms. We paid for two nights but left after the first night. We couldn't bear the noise level. If you're thinking of "resting," I assure you, this is not the place.

The breakfast could have been alot better than frozen biscuits and sausage or toast with a toaster. But other than that it was a nice stay.

Staff was nice, and welcoming. The room was clean and in good condition. Will not only recommend but will happily stay again
