彥根美景酒店(Hikone View Hotel)

Hikone View Hotel provided excellent service and great support to their guests! I booked cottage for a night but first step when entered the room I felt so uncomfortable since its smell. It was smoking room and my fault that I did not realize/well-check when made booking. The cottage room was quite big included small pantry, dining area, 5 single beds, large shower room and private parking in front of the house. However, I went back to the reception and asked for non-smoking room unfortunately all cottage were allowed smoking. The lady at reception and her supervisor tried their best effort to find available non-smoking room in building side, lucky us also with their kindness we were transferred to triple room on 5th floor. The view was breathtaking! Breakfast was moderate and not so various. Location was great not so far from Hikone Castle and tourist spots. I recommend booking lake view room and you would not regret!
