I have stay in sterling ***ali with my family. It was a pleasant stay. Food was awsome to eat they made a variety and took a care by chief Chef rajinder kumar, amit sharma engineer, mehar, akshay chandel, yashwant from restaurant department. Housekeeping was superb rooms were very clean and neat. Receiptionist mr. Har**** took a care. Travel desk mr. Pawan arranged a good tour. Overall resort was fantastic to stay.

The Food Quality for specially Jains is very awesome and delicious. Mr. Rajinder Kumar (Chef) cooperated and arranged the food as per choice and prior intimation. Rooms are also too spacious and hospitality services of the Hotel is also very nice.

Mehul, lalchand and gudi Devi are a great help and go a extra mile in housekeeping. Both Vijays from front office is v good person and GM neeraj baidya will solve any genuine problem that a customer will have. Great stay but try to keep not more than 4 to 5 nights

It was a very good experience.i enjoyed there very much especially in the kids area.The food was very delicious.The rooms were very comfortable.The staff is also very nice and cooperative.Service is also very nice.we enjoyed very much in the hotel

We booked Sterling ***ali as part of our vacation on a customised tour through Veena Travels. What we liked about this place was the food and service. The food was delicious and there was enough variety. Although we were part of a package, the chef would come around to talk to us almost daily and ask us if he could make us something to our taste and requirement. The other serving staff at the restaurant was also most cordial and helpful. The room was spacious and had all the modern amenities we could want. The most important of which were 24/7 hot water and room heater, because early March here was pretty chilly, especially for us Mumbaiites who aren't used to cold winters.

Each n every staff of sterling are nice n friendly.whenever they will see u they will wish u the head chef (rajendra kumar) is really nice he will come to ur table n talk 2 u each n every staff of the hotel are nice the service is really good n the ambience
