欣克利普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Hinckley)

This is quite a large premier inn with a rather grand Brewers fayre next to it overlooking a pretty canal and path. Brewers aren't the best but the location of this one lifted its game! Hotel is the usual fairly dull Premier inn. The staff made it very friendly, smiley and happy to help.

I Always choose premier inn for my hotels for work and this one is one of the better ones. the air con is a godsend in this heat. i would not book anywhere else. restaurant staff are bit dull but this is nothing to do with premier inn

The hotel was fine. What made it for us was the service by Claire. Wow. If she could be bottled across this company …….warm friendly. Nothing to much to ask for. Claire Hextall. You made our stay. Fantastic staff member. A keeper.

We had a great stay at Premier Inn Hinckley and the hotel team were brilliant - Steven on reception even found us a spare charger after I forgot mine at home, despite being plenty busy looking after all the rooms and guests! Our room was comfortable and we slept well and had a good breakfast in the morning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn and I must say it was an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Stevie and the team! His bubbly personality really stood out and made my stay all the more enjoyable. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my time at the hotel. His positive attitude truly made a difference and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure that guests feel at home. Keep up the fantastic work!

Been staying here while having work done on my house. The staff are second to none and no problem is too big for them. Stevie and Sophie on reception are two of the most professional kind people you’ll meet and the housekeepers ensure the rooms are always up to a high standard

Absolutely loved my stay. Many thanks to Stevie for his hospitality and friendly service and thank you OUM for the clean room. Breakfast was fantastic Highly reccomend a stay for families or couples. Seemed very clean and friendly and overall the staff seemed to be happy to be there and ready to help.
