濱城市場附近的胡志明市酒店

14年的四月17到21,我們入住這裏,酒店的服務員很靈活,我們的到時候是十點半,早早就登記,我們住的是豪華房,很大,早餐不差,但是希望廚師能夠每两天換一下菜單,第二天的晚上我們到西貢河玩,我丟了我的三星手機(剛買三個月)但是幸運的是他們沒有拿走我的錢包,否則,我要補很多的證件和報告,因為有身份證,現金和三張的銀行卡在裏面,我回到酒店,請求幫助,前台的服務員帶我到警察局,錄口供,在警察局,沒有一個警察會說英語,幸運的是湯米先生跟我一起,幫我翻譯,因為已經是晚上七點了,警察局下班了,我們第二天早上來交報告,因為需要局長的簽字,和蓋章,因為是第三天了,我預定了頭頓市的旅行,沒有辦法,湯米先生幫我,真的非常感謝他,一定還會再來的。

非常舊和疲憊的房間,黴爛的浴室,自來水。我們的站立淋浴水流不順暢,總是被水淹,需要一段時間才能排出水。好的一點是他們的位置非常適合穆斯林旅行者,在清真穆斯林餐廳對面的整條街道。位於著名的馬來西亞街道。在到達和退房時,有幫助的工作人員幫助我們拿行李。友好的工作人員(一個有規格的人)爲我們辦理入住。請注意,酒店沒有任何通用適配器&因此我們必須從外面的商店購買1。而且只有1個電梯可以容納酒店客人,進入每個級別,運行真的很慢。早餐餐廳的地方真的很小,以容納龐大的人羣。我們早上630下來,這個地方真的很擁擠。清真早餐有多種選擇可以吃。來之前聽說阿魯納已經改造了酒店,但遺憾的是不是真的乾淨,而且房間真的很過時。可能這個要過關。

訂了在這家酒店住3晚，就是因為淘它的位置優越，離各個景點都不太遠。濱城巿場就在酒店門口左邊。前台職員很有禮貌，其他的包括樓層員工及門前保安等面上都掛着微笑及熱情。 起初看到評論説房間面積小，進房後就把這疑慮消除。房間衞生乾淨。 總體來説非常滿意👍

有點像日本的酒店，小而全，基本滿足需求，房間衞生可以，設施略顯舊，吧枱茶葉咖啡瓶裝水很温馨，衞生間牙刷等檔次低與酒店其他設施不匹配，值得稱讚的是免費早餐，分別設有中（越）西餐廳區，就餐空間寬敞，氛圍優雅，食品豐富，雞蛋牛奶麪包香腸果汁酸奶水果基本西餐品種都有，中餐也很豐富，有牛肉河粉，春捲，米粥，瘦肉粥，還有若干炒菜、煎蛋，最愛的是越南特有的法棒、咖啡，每天必選，咖啡又找到了久違的日本酒店早餐咖啡的感覺，也是意式咖啡機，但做出的拿鐵特別醇香，比星爸爸的好喝很多，可能是越南豆子的原因吧。當時也是奔着早餐選擇的，看來沒錯，比較滿意，酒店的早餐，為西貢5日自由行加分不少。

I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour. The major pro is the location. very easy to walk everywhere and not too noisy so I was able to sleep. I actually enjoyed the breakfast, fried rice and chicken which was very filling. Wifi was good enough to send messages and watch Youtube. The room is basic which I don't mind but it was not clean and I think in these post Covid times there is no excuse to not clean properly. Had dinner one night and the food at Pho 2000 was very good despite being very expensive for Vietnam.

總體而言非常滿意！ 酒店的位置非常好，在西貢歷史街區與現代化中心商務區交界的地方。和聖母大教堂、中央郵局衹隔了一個小街區，中間有條短短的book street連通。離西貢碼頭也不太遠（1公裏左右），從酒店旁邊的路一直朝西貢河的方向走就行。隔一個街區，一路有胡志明歌劇院、市政廳等歷史建築。 周邊餐飲也很多，酒店所在的商場裏有幾家餐廳。附近歷史街區裏有不少本地餐廳、酒吧、咖啡館。 房間總體是滿意的，從衛生間的設施看得出酒店有點舊了，但維護得很好。床和枕頭都很好用。 游泳池和健身房很棒，用的人還很少。 酒店的服務非常殷勤禮貌，甚至有點太多了，有時會感到被打擾到了。房間裏放了至少4瓶水，每天客房服務還會來問一次要不要加水。期間我也接到過一次電話訪問，需不需要什麼服務。 我同事的房間，每天都會有一個人去問迷你吧的零食需不需要增補、並且做一次點數…… 早餐很豐富。但不知道為什麼，早餐餐廳服務員的英語幾乎都有很重的口音，我和同事（長期使用英語的法國人）都有同感。

我們和家人在A&Em Art Hotel度過了非常複雜的體驗。雖然酒店本身很乾淨,房間很好,很大(我們有豪華),位置也很棒,但酒店也有它的缺點 - 工作人員是其中最大的。在我們三晚的住宿期間,我們遇到了幾個工作人員,幾乎所有的工作人員似乎都很冷漠,如果不是對我們直接粗魯。不是全部,而是大多數。我們有一個男接待員和一個鐘男孩,非常友好和細心。另一個抱怨是早餐。如何可能當一個地方供應早餐直到上午10點,他們在早上9點耗盡食物!?我們沒有喝到任何河粉湯,甚至咖啡都用完了。工作人員絕對什麼也沒做,只是說就是這樣。進來的大羣不是解釋,他們應該知道他們的客人。另一個解釋是街對面的酒店的客人。這也不會飛,因爲它是同一集團的一部分(A&Em Corner Hotel)。我通常不在乎酒店早餐,但這次我們和我的妻子和1y11m 的女兒一起旅行,沒有早餐真的讓我們的生活變得更加困難。優點 - 乾淨的酒店 - 房間不錯,乾淨,每天有免費水瓶 - 位置優越 缺點 - 早餐,可能應該在早上6點去接待任何 - 工作人員及其態度(不包括一個行李員,一個接待員和清潔工)

We stayed here 2N at the start & 2N at the end of our 12D tour. Each time the hotel bellhop was ready to assist us. Cannot say the same for the Reception staff. The 2nd time we were even given a room that we could not even lock and after waiting for some time and still not allocated a new room, we insisted that we be given one asap and they had no choice but to upgrade us. No tourist information was also given and when we asked for a map, they flipped through files and then said that there was none left. Surely, they could photocopy one from their file. We then asked directions to the river and all they told us was that it was too far to walk. We told them we had looked it up before we came to Vietnam and it was within walking distance. It is less than 2km away. The good points of the hotel is that it is very conveniently located opposite Ben Thanh Market and within walking distance to the river, Saigon Opera House and the Saigon Centre/Takashimaya where there were plenty of food choices. The buffet breakfast is also good enough with both Western (scrambled eggs/sausages/ham/salad/plain pastries) and Asian (congee/soup/rice with veg/fish/meat), a fruit juice/tea/coffee/fruits/yoghurt. Just be warned that the hotel's entry is via a flight of stairs. Hence, not suitable for those requiring wheelchair access or the very elderly.

Personnel sympathique, hôtel bien placé ,propre . Chambre agréable .Une heure de bon massage au spa (avec l’avis précédent j’ai pu obtenir 20% de remise) et la fatigue du voyage s’efface ! Je recommande

Unfortunately I read the reviews on Booking.com and didn’t check my trusted trip advisor like I usually do, We have been traveling since the beginning of January through, Thailand, Cambodia and now Vietnam and it’s not our first trip to these countries, it is however the first time styles, standards and service have been extremely disappointing. We arrived at this hotel around 15:55 with a check in time of 14:00. I had already informed them of our time of arrival and they had replied confirming it. On arrival Reception staff stated room wasn’t ready because of late checkout, I asked them for another room to which they completely ignored me so I asked for the manager. I told her I wasn’t happy paying for someone else’s late checkout and to arrange another room regardless of whether it was an upgrade of just a basic room as I had looked on booking.com and there were plenty of room, she said we will clean it as quickly as we can, 30 minutes later and 3 cleaning staff seen leaving the room it was ready. Totally unacceptable. Positives- Excellent cleaning staff and porters. Comfortable bed Television with English channels Good quiet air-con Safety deposit box a good size and actually screwed down which is quite a novelty in Asia. Very well located for the main sites in Saigon. Negatives- Rude an inexperienced management and reception staff. Steep steps leading in to the hotel One lift for the whole 12 floors which was full on numerous occasions, if that goes out of service it’s a long walk down. Room very tired especially in the bathroom. It actually felt like you were sleeping in an office with the style of the wardrobes. Very inventive photos, the pool is nothing more than a plunge pool with 4 sun loungers but in online publicity photos it looks massive. The sky bar happy hour was far from it, buy 2 get 1 free, we only paid for 4 half pints at a cost of £15.60 and the 2 free after a barrel change were undrinkable (I even changed the barrel for the 2 guys working as they didn’t know how to). No table service until you went up to the bar and ordered your drinks. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, you had to ask the staff for tea/coffee, at no time were we offered these or any form of eggs, the whole area was nothing more than a shambles run by very inexperienced staff. I must say they tried their best and the lack of service and standards is completely down to bad management. I didn’t use any of the other services they offered so I can’t comment on those. Being retired Publicans and restaurant owners we go through the hotel channel first to try and rectify any bad feedback and when it falls on deaf ears then to comment on here is truly justifiable.
