紫羅蘭星水療酒店(Violet Star Hotel and Spa)

One of the best Hostel in the central of HCMC. I had read alot of reviews before choosing it and never regret my decision. Price for a bunk bed is very cheap but you will get more than what you pay: best location, very clean room and bed, good AC and 2 wcs for a 8 beds Dorm.

The highlight of this Hotel were the cleanliness and so convenient location. Richard, the receptionist gave me a list of 10 must-see places in the city and they're all in the walking distance. Our Room was so quiet (the 2 Queen beds room). I couldn't hear any music in the room while the speakers of many bars outside playing music all night

This is the second time I stayed in this Hostel after 3 years. Everything was so nice as before except no spa service at this time. Richard, the owner, said he will restart the business step by step and I'm grad that he was try his best to maintain this Hotel so good. The Hotel was always full during our stay. Most of the guest s were young and enjoy this Hotel so much. Good joy Richard !

I was checked in at 3am after a long day travel by bus and the receptionist stil let me checked in with a nice smile on his face. Our dorm room was so comfortable and the AC was great, cold as we needed, Hot water was always available and towel was provided for free (100k deposit only).

I stayed there on my biz trip to Hochiminh city. I must say this is the best budget Hotel that I have stayed in this city. My room was so clean and comfortable. Richard, the receptionist, always asked me whether I want to clean the room or not, he was just afraid that I forgot to hang the cleaning board. Thanks for everything Richard, I will come back for sure.

This is a nice place with lots going on: tours, Dorm, happy hour on rooftop so it's easy to socialize, make new friends with other travelers. My Room had a small balcony and big window with 2 layers of door to prevent the noise from the party street outside. The mattress was so comfy too . I will 100% return.

I felt so lucky to book my stay here after 1 month of travel around VN. The cleanliness and comfort of the Hostel were exceptional. They have 2 Dorm rooms, 8 beds, and 10 beds rooms which have different styles. 8 beds Dorm where I stayed 1st night was so cozy, 2 toilets inside, and was a quiet room. On the 2nd night, I moved to 10 beds Dorm on the 4th fl because I liked its city view and the terrace which was quite chill. All 2 rooms have super cold AC, that was a huge plus for me. Totally recommend this Hotel.

One of the best Hostels I've stayed in Vietnam. The staff, Richard, was so nice and helpful with a lot of travel tips for me. The clean room and super chill terrace were a highlight as well. I'm sure you will happy if you book this Hostel like me.

One of the finest Hostel I've stayed in and I have travelled a lot in Asia. Very well managed, the Owner/ receptionist was super kind and helpful from booking tours and even keep my ipod that I left on the bed after check out. Thanks for everything Richard!
