不是很乾淨，靠近馬路，旅遊景點服務人員態度好，說話也好

The hotel is a scam. The scheme is like this: 1. You book accommodation on Booking/Agoda. 2. Upon arrival, they tell you that payment in advance by card did not go through - pay on the spot. 3. You pay, leave a $20 deposit and go to your room. 4. You discover that the room is old and terrible. You ask at the reception for a refund. They refuse - ask to contact booking 5. booking says that since you paid at the hotel, only the hotel can return the money 6. There is no point in calling the police. It doesn't help tourists. 7. You try to leave a review about a hotel, but your reservation is cancelled. Why didn't you get your money back? P.S. If you stay here, you won’t get $20 back when you leave. It turns out that there was a whole minibar there, and you just drank it all. The photo shows a hotel manager in black. She laughed all the time while we were arguing. They have a proven scheme for making money.

I didn’t even want to give this place 1 After flight delays we arrived at this dirty hell hole only to be told they had sold our room. The room we booked and had confirmation for a week previous. They said the would move us to another hotel at the same cost. Next hotel another scam lobby full of hysterical customers who were being locked out of rooms. These management photos are totally fake. Avoid at all cost be better off sleeping at the airport !!!!

Terrible experience. Our room AC didn’t work and there were around 30 degrees celsius, we tried to speak with the employees but they didn’t really did anything, they said that we needed to pay a deposit and then the money would be returned to the card and then on the check-out they said the money was cash. The first day the building went out of electrical power. There were no towels in our room in the two days. We had to ask them and the last time they said they didn’t have towels. Really don’t recommend.

On our day 2 of staying in the hotel we lost our APPLE AIRPODS inside the bag that was left in the hotel room. We reported it to the manager and she has a very poor communication skills which lead us to more frustration! The shower area is leaking too. The room sometimes they will clean up other days not! The amenities were not properly top up!!! The staff THU receptionist has an exceptional service other than that we led to a non comfortable stay and experienced because we are always scared that our things will be lost again! We won’t come back I guess because of our ruined holiday! Imagine your things will be lost inside the bag inside your own room!!!! We always travel however this is the worst experienced we have. Lesson learned not to be complacent specially when you are out of the country!

飯店在幾個小時內就使用了預訂的房間供客戶使用，我提前 3 天預訂了 2 個房間。我轉了押金保留房間並告知時間17-18:00到達（入住時間為14:00至隔天12:00）。然而，飯店讓零售客人使用我預訂的兩間房間，並告訴我們要等到19-20點零售客人使用完畢才能領取房間。態度不好，不專業。接受預訂的客戶房間並將資金轉給零售客戶 我提前 3 天預訂了 2 個房間。我轉了房押金，報到的時間是17-18:00（入住時間是下午2:00到隔天中午12:00）。但飯店允許零售客人使用我預訂的兩個房間，並要求我等到晚上7-8點零售客人使用完房間後才能領取房間。工作人員態度很差，不專業。西貢阮文小屋酒店

位置很好，步行即可到達許多美食和購物場所。房間設施功能齊全，乾淨，房間價格合理。物有所值。工作人員反應靈敏而且非常樂於助人。令人驚訝的是，迷你吧儲備充足，可作為床邊的額外便利設施以備不時之需。

一開始一切都很好，我們找到了一家位置優越的好酒店，但後來卻變成了一場噩夢。入住前一天，我們透過 ************ 向飯店發送了一條訊息，要求中午 12 點提前入住。此外，我們前一天順便去了酒店，只是為了在第二天入住時準備一些衣服。負責接待的女士確認我們可以提前入住，她也透過************回覆了我們的訊息。我們在預定入住的當天中午 12.45 到達飯店。同一位女士在接待處聲稱他們只在中午 12 點期待我們，這是越南的午夜……我從來沒有聽說過這樣的事情，只有在越南，pm 和 am 的意思是相反的。我們也向她展示了我們透過***********發送的訊息，我們在訊息中寫了我們中午12點來，完全一樣。除此之外，她還想向我們收取 10 萬提早入住費用。太瘋狂了，因為他們親自和透過訊息說我們可以在中午 12 點（中午）來，但從未提及額外收費！我們非常沮喪並取消了預訂。這是我們迄今為止在西貢經歷的最糟糕的經歷

我們已經確認了預訂（************），抵達後我們被迫等待了兩個小時，但被告知今天沒有更多房間了。而且，我們不是唯一的！新的客人不斷到來，但他們都被拒之門外。不惜一切代價避免，這絕對是一場災難。
