Acceuil chaleureux par le propriétaire, arrivée à la dernière minute mais une chambre très charmante était disponible. Ancien bâtiment avec cachet et très bien entretenu. Possibilité de parquer dans la rue avec une durée illimitée grâce au pass reçu. Emplacement parfait, grand nombre de restaurants à moins de 5mn à pied et centre ville à environ 10-15 minutes de marche.

Was hard to find, drove by it 3 times before seeing sign near the sidewalk, not where you would expect it to be, friendly and comfortable though, parking on street beside building. low speed internet ,good choices for breakfast. Narrow stair wetland no elevator, not recommended for heavy luggage or bad knees or legs, try to stay on main floor.

This place is a treasure! The rooms retain their olde world charm but modern conveniences are tastefully incorporated. The owners live on-site and they are wonderful hosts - attentive and friendly and very informative. We would absolutely recommend staying at The Lodge on Elizabeth.

Jeff was so helpful but felt it was overpriced. However, it was just days before Wooden Boat Race and Regatta and I did book last minute. Would stay again...but not at the price I paid.

A very welcoming reception, beautifully restored and furnished historic homestead on National Trust Register, stately reception area and well stocked lounge. What a treat. The room was clean, fresh, bright and spacious with all bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities needed. Internal courtyard garden was welcome relief from city life. Thank you Jeff for your hospitality.

Thanks for a great stay. Had one of the best sleeps during my travels - the bed was very comfortable. And the complementary port was a nice touch - we do enjoy a nice port.

Excellent location, big rooms. Street parking slight problem. Rooms can get hot on a warm day.

Really nice hotel with historical Charme - very warm welcome and hospitality during our 4 days stay. Room 4 with a lot of light through3 big windows. Noise from the street but it cans down later the night to almost nothing. We can recommend the hotel with old English style .
