I like how y’all have good consternation sevrice and good food in the mouth

Traveling with my elderly mother who sometimes has trouble walking on her own. Our original room was perfect in terms of proximity to the elevator. The two front desk clerks were wonderful. When my key didn’t work on my original room they accommodated my mother by moving us to the ground floor and near an exit door. They even retrieved our luggage. I highly recommend the Fairfield in Hobbs to anyone! And the breakfast was yummy! Keep up the great work

The heater did not work in the room and they would not give us another room because the reservation was done through a third party.

Difficulty attempting to check in based on address from ID, key cards did not work in the morning hours prior to check out, room was certainly not cleaned! Dirty, old items remained in fridge from a previous occupant! Will not stay there again!

My room was freezing when we arrived. The thermostat is still set for cooling so unless we were under the covers it’s freezing cold. I went to shower and even the water was cold. I let it run for twenty minutes and it only became lukewarm but more on the cold side. My experience with the room was horrible. I’ll let the front desk know when we check out soon.

for two nights, tv never worked, called so many times, no one showed up toStayed fix it. Front desk and manger did not care. Breakfast was like a homeless shelter. Coffee was cold. I will never Stay here again.

The service was not great at all. We stayed for 4 nights and chose to have the room cleaned just once while we were there, and they left no coffee cups or coffee. When we went down to the lobby to get coffee the comment was made "you are going to clean me out of coffee" Just the overall customer service was not great, and breakfast was so-so. The shower leaked and there was water all over the bathroom floor even with the shower mat. I wouldn't stay there again, there are alot of other choices in the area with much better customer service, especially at $149 a night.

I asked for my AC to be turned on cold prior to me arriving. So happy to see it was like requested. Slept great.

Comfortable, clean, and roomy. The A/C did not disappoint. Although I did not have time to use it, the outdoor pool was clean. The staff was excellent, especially Kacey. My only complaint is poor WiFi. The first night I connected without a password. The second night I could not connect with or without a password.

Located near the office I was visiting. The staff was very helpful and polite.

A lovely hotel, well cared for and our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Inside the hotel seemed very quiet, which we appreciated. Breakfast was a bit lacklustre, for example there was no bread, but the lady who looked after it was very nice. The staff member who checked us in seemed quite uninterested, just gave us our key without saying which room number or giving us directions or mentioning breakfast. She also didn't welcome us. On the next two days the staff members on reception were different and they were pleasant and helpful.

We always stay here when we are in Hobbs. Although this hotel is not brand new, time has been taken to keep things in decent shape. We never mind a sign of use because of the overall cleanliness of our room. The best? It is the staff! Everyone is friendly and we feel welcome always.

We have a handicapped son that travels with us and this place matched our needs for him.
