這家酒店在品質、奢華程度和服務方面都超出了我們的預期。飯店距離當地機場很近，是野生動物之旅的理想下榻之處。我們以飯店為據點遊覽了克魯格國家公園的不同區域。我們非常享受這次住宿體驗，並期待再次入住。飯店設施一流，舒適無比。強烈推薦。

我們對這家酒店很滿意，工作人員很友好。 早餐很棒，有很多可供選擇的菜餚，一切都很美味。 飯店內有游泳池和躺椅，但不幸的是我們沒有使用它們，因為天氣不是很熱。

Beautiful designed hotel with excellent service and food

I thought it would be better to move to the Radisson on New Year’s Eve. Wow, what a total mistake! Slow, confusing, and disorganized service. When I arrived, I was offered either a New Year’s Eve dinner or a reservation at the hotel restaurant. I chose the restaurant and asked them to book a safari for the next day, but I needed information because I would be leaving the hotel at 11 a.m. After two hours past my reservation time, I still had to wait another 20 minutes just to get information. Meanwhile, they told me the reservation didn’t exist and kept asking, “But for how many people? All day? Who booked it for you? We don’t have that here.” Remember the hotel I booked for the dinner? The plan was for them to pick me up at 8 p.m. No one showed up. I went to one of the hotel restaurants to ask if it was there,they said no. I went to reception, and no one knew anything. Finally, someone took me to my reservation and, guess what, it was the very same restaurant I had asked at the beginning. At that restaurant, I had to look for a table myself, get up to grab a menu, walk to the bar to order food, get up to ask if it would take long, and get up again to ask for the bill. Checkout day bonus. They hadn’t booked my game drive. It took 1 hour for them to find me a new one. So I waited in the lobby from the agreed time (5 a.m.) until 6 a.m. And finally, at checkout, I informed them that there had been an accident and I broke a glass, and they charged me 200 rand.

O melhor hotel para fazer um safari. Muito bonito. Muito sossegado. Todos muito simpáticos. A comida do buffet foi o menos bom…pouca variedade.

The staff needs more training on hospitality. The hotel needs to make each guests stay a personalised experience or tailored experience. We shouldn’t be boxed into one box. Each guests is unique and we come for different reasons, some for the safari experience, some to rest and reboot. Management should highlight the importance of taking care of guests and their needs to the staff .

Pegasus Restaurant was truly the highlight of our trip – I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the restaurant alone. The service was the best we have experienced anywhere in our travels. Neil went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special and his genuine care and attention made the dining experience unforgettable. The service from Arnold was also exceptional – warm, attentive and professional. The food was delicious – incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and bursting with delicious flavors. Every bite exceeded our expectations. We only wish we had discovered this gem earlier, as it was by far the most memorable dining experience of our journey. We would return to Radisson just for the restaurant itself – especially if Neil is there to host us again. Highly recommended!
