我們在這家飯店的住宿經驗相當令人失望。首先,飯店雖提供環保的玻璃瓶裝水,但因過去在越南喝過類似水源導致****,這次我們選擇自行訂購瓶裝水。然而櫃台卻要求我們不得留下塑膠瓶垃圾,只好每天將空瓶帶出門丟棄,讓人感到不便與困惑。儘管房門掛上「請勿打擾」標示,飯店人員仍擅自進入房內更換毛巾,經投訴後飯店經理甚至聲稱監視器未見異常,讓人感到被否定與不受尊重。最誇張的是最後一天早晨,我們在房內熟睡時,有工作人員未經同意進入房間維修網路,完全沒有事先通知,驚醒後才向飯店反映。雖然最後有安排交通作為補償,但這一連串的管理疏失與態度不佳,讓整趟旅程大打折扣。此外,飯店地點偏遠,須靠 Grab 出入;所謂的河景房其實面對的是漂浮垃圾。以同樣價位,我更建議選擇市區飯店。
Our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. While the hotel provides environmentally friendly glass bottled water, we didn’t feel safe drinking it due to a past incident in Vietnam where similar water caused food poisoning. We ordered our own bottled water, but were told by the front desk not to leave any plastic waste behind—so we had to carry our empty bottles out daily, which was both inconvenient and unreasonable. Despite clearly placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still entered our room without permission to change towels. When we reported it, the manager claimed that security cameras showed no entry, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. The worst part happened on our last morning, when a staff member entered our room unannounced while we were still asleep, allegedly to fix the internet—without any prior notice. Although a transfer was arranged later as compensation, the hotel’s poor management and lack of professionalism ruined our experience. The location is also quite remote, requiring Grab for all transportation, and the so-called “river view” was mostly floating garbage. For the same price, I’d strongly recommend staying in the city center instead.
