Each room has its own private door to the outdoor making it ideal for 2 families. You will enjoy majestic sunrise views from the beach, access to shopping, entertainment, a wide variety of restaurants, live music, water sports, bike paths, and Hollywood Beach's famous Broadwalk nearly 2.5 miles along. You will have access to the entire place., including: - 1 Queen beds, 2 Full beds - 1 full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, sink, coffee machine, etc.; and - 1 cozy dining/living room. Each room has a smart TV. This unit includes one on-site parking space. For additional parking, there is on-street parking right in front of the building where the unit is located, too. There is also public parking lot about four blocks away. The beach is few steps from the building (less than 80 steps), approximately 20 seconds walking. The unit is 0.3 miles from Hollywood Broadwalk (around 5 blocks).
