Location The location of this unit is perfect! Walking distance to the beach yet on a quiet street. Very close to a grocery store, Walgreens and a few restaurants. We did rent a golf cart which made it easy to get around the island.

Great location, terrific landlord This property is very close to the beach and also very close to Publix and many other stores. Bathrooms have recently been redone and are high quality. Landlord is great; very responsive if anything goes wrong.
