巴釐哈伊海濱度假村及水療中心(Bali Hai Beachfront Resort and Spa)

It was a nice cozy hotel. Free welcome cocktail for each guest was nice surprise. Right by the ocean if you stay in the ocean view room. The balconies don’t have dividers between rooms on the first floor.

Me and my husband came here for a little getaway we loved it so much we came back with the kids.

We stayed in an ocean front unit on the first floor, was about 150 yards from the water and in the sand. Was beautifully decorated, fairly clean, but has not been renovated and bathroom/kitchen very outdated. But the views, quiet and uncrowded beach, with tons of umbrellas and chairs, made up for it. Fyi-the unit we stayed in had plates/utensils/glassware, some pots, but would be challenging to cook. Beautiful pool area.

Highly recommend! Beautiful quaint property with exceptional staff. Very clean and the location is perfect for a beach/island getaway. The staff is so sweet and attentive as well. Will def be back!

Excelente

The room was warm seem like we couldn't get it to cool enough. Seen a couple critters crawling around on the floor once the lights went out. I was just thankful my fiance didn't notice them. The bed was comfortable and the staff that checked me in was excellent. I was talked into a upgrade for additional 100 which ended up being close to 500 a night to stay. I like trying new things but i recommend for that kind of money do your research this island is full of places cheaper to stay and critter free that will suceed your expectations. Was a disappointing experience for us. Thanks Dennis

Gorgeous pool area, great staff - thank you Oriel! Wonderful location and views, spacious and clean rooms, good drinks, clean towels, EXTRAS!!!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

During our stay we had major plumbing issues which took two days to get a response They addressed it by telling us to move to a different room, which they did not bother to help us with.We had a safe and a sliding glass door that did not lock The response time and lack of empathy was not appreciated

The beachfront rooms were like staying in a dilapidated dorm room
