Tea, coffee and some breakfast items are provided as well as a few extra treats. An ambient wood burner with wood available for cooler weather that the New England climate is renowned. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer for guests private use. Locality is in central Armidale, short walk to CBD, restaurants, pubs and cafe's. It is a stones throw to the local hospitals and many medical practices. Belltrees Cottage is opposite Lambert Park which has a fabulous play area for children and is also a short 5 minute drive to UNE. Off street parking is available with an under cover carport for two vehicles.
