Right next to it is the dining area with a table for eight and a cozy living room with a 65-inch LED smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a desk. A special highlight is the private gym, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, leg press, incline bench, lat pulldown, Smith machine, front & hack squat station, plenty of weights, and a 42-inch smart TV. On the first floor, you'll find your private guest room, another guest room, and a shared bathroom with a rain shower. My own bedroom with a separate bathroom is also on this level. Fresh towels for the shower, pool, and beach are provided. Your room (14 m²) includes a comfortable 160x200 cm cm bed five pillows and an oversized duvet (2.20 x 2.40 m), a bedside table, a 42-inch smart TV, and two spacious built-in wardrobes. A highlight of your room is the direct access to the balcony with sea view – perfect for enjoying the scenery right from your bed in the morning. On the second floor is my housemate’s bedroom, accessible via the shared guest balcony.
