This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is the perfect escape for the budget minded. It's cozy atmosphere has so much to offer including air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, desk and work area, queen bed and a fully supplied bathroom. This vacation home is located in Jarealito, a neighborhood in Arecibo. Cano Tiburones Nature Reserve and Camuy River Cave Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Arecibo Observatory and Parque Acuatico,Cano Tiburones Nature Reserve - 3 min walk, La Poza Beach - 3 min walk, Playa Caza y Pesca - 10 min walk, Playa El Muelle - 15 min walk, and Arecibo Lighthouse - 18 min walk. Please be advise that power outages are common in PR and we do not have a power generator in the unit. Getting the best of both worlds, you get the country feel while only 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Arecibo, La Poza de Obispo. With frequent water/electrical outages in Puerto Rico, this house is equipped with solar panels and water storage of 600 gallons. You would rent the first floor which has its own entrance and exit. The unit is completely private. The backyard, the pool and gazebo area would not be shared and would be all yours during the time rented. This home has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. Entire house air conditioning all throughout. Hot water and WiFi included. It has restored kitchen cabinets and new hardware, leather reclining sofa, dedicated working station and its own washer and dryer. Beach towels, 2 bougie boards, cooler, beach chairs and snorkel gear included for your use. All beds have 100% organic cotton sheets and quilts. Both rooms have mounted smart tvs. Centrally located, few minutes off of the highway, La Cueva de Ventana 13 minutes away, Cueva del Indio about 20 minutes away and the beautiful La Planta Waterfall is 8 minutes away, We are also 8 minutes away from the Marginal where the World Surf League (WSL) North America Qualifying Series was held. During holiday festivities will occasionally see and hear parades with live music that can hear and see from home.We the owners occupy the 2nd floor. We do have animals. We have horses and chickens and offer horse rides seasonally and also provide fresh eggs if you wish.
