Wireless internet and a TV with Roku available to connect with your personal Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts. Two residential parking permits to park at an unmetered spot in town. No parking in lot out front. Guests must purchase $79 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage. Between May 15th -September 1st 7 night minimum, Saturday-Saturday. Short term stays welcome during shoulder and off season. Monthly and long term rentals available October-May, please inquire for rates and details. Please report any damages upon arrival. If damages are not reported, they will be considered self-inflicted. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. Basic check out procedure includes tenant cleaning/returning dishes, removing food from refrigerator, returning pillows and blankets in place and removing trash to deposit in outside receptacle. Owners are not responsible for injury, loss, theft and damage to your belongings, or self while at the rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property.
