Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this tiny house in the woods. We do live on site and you can see our home from the tiny house.Our tiny house sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft and a twin down below. Fridge & freezer provided along with a kitchen sink, microwave & keurig with k cups. Relax & unwind semi off grid with no wifi (and sometimes little cell service) but enjoy a movie with the provided TV, DVD player and select movies available. Bring a board game or pick from the ones provided. As pictured the "ladder" to the queen bed loft can be quite intimidating, but once you get the hang of it you are all set.Full bathroom includes shower, towels and soaps provided. The tiny house has a tiny hot water heater of 5 gallons for a quick hot shower. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher can be found in the cabinet under the twin bed if needed.We do live on the property along with a friendly cat named Mittens and about 40 egg laying chickens.We are 20-40 minutes to many beaches, close to Delaware turf and sports at the beach. Dog Fish Head Brewery and Delaware state fair are also a short drive away.We have a no pet policy and a strict no smoking on the property rule.
