Most of the homes on the lake have quite a hike to the water down long and sometimes treacherous sets of stairs. Our Lake House, Reel Paradise, is hands down one of the best lots on the entire lake, trust us we looked at a bunch!!A true waterfront lot with no steps to the lake, you’re going to love our quiet protected cove with deep water, perfect for swimming or fishing.We are lucky because even though we are tucked away in a nice cover we have the Big Water you’ll love and being West facing you’re going to love the Sunsets over the water!When you arrive one thing you’ll notice is there are no windy or treacherous roads and a large flat oversized parking area - also known to double as an impromptu Pickleball court. A 2 car garage with Ping Pong Table and Wagon and rolling cooler make it easy to bring your things down to the dock for the day.As you make your way inside through the garage, the hallway in front of you unlocks all kinds of vacation fun.Take the first doorway on your right and you’ll be headed upstairs to a kids favorite hangout zone. A large 65” Wall Mounted TV with Roku Streaming, Classic Video Game system, Foosball and a large Air Hockey Game. If it wasn’t so beautiful outside you might not be able to get the kids to leave this area.If you can pull yourself away from the fun you’ll find 2 incredible Family Bedroom suites. Both bedroom suites upstairs are equipped with en suite bathrooms and multiple beds. One bedroom has 1 King Bed and a Twin over a Queen Bed. The other suite has custom built in set of bunk beds with 2 Twin Beds over 2 King Beds.As you make your way back downstairs you’ll pass something you’re not likely to find anywhere else on the lake. Right off the kitchen you’ll find a brand new Commercial Ice Machine capable of making 450lbs of ice per hour. This means no running to the store for ice to fill your coolers or drinks. One thing that can be tough to find in a vacation home is freezer space, but that won’t be a problem here. With a large brand new stand alone commercial freezer you’ll have plenty of space for anything you need to keep ICE cold. You will also find a brand new top of the line Front Load Laundry Pair with large capacity Washer and Dryer. As you exit the “coolest room” in the house, get it :)To your right you will find the Master Suite complete with a King Bed and attached En Suite 5 Piece Bathroom. With a large Jetted Jacquzi tub and Walk in Shower you’re going to have to flip a coin to see who get’s this room.The final doorway opens up to the space you’re likely going to find most of your group. A large open kitchen and living room area with great views of the lake and even better views of a HUGE 54” Custom Built in Refrigerator. Looking to cook up some meals during your special family vacation you’ll have plenty of space in the Frigidaire Double Oven or the Large 36” Induction Cooktop. Don’t worry you won’t miss anything while cooking because the Cooktop is located right in the custom 8’ Granite island with waterfall edge. You‘ll even be able to watch the enormous 86” LED TV in the living room while you cook up your families favorite meals.Once the food is ready you can call everyone in by ringing the old fashioned dinner bell out on the HUGE Covered and Screened porch. With 4 new Hunter ceiling fans you may even choose to dine outdoors at one of the several tables and drink in the incredible lake views along with your meal.If you decide to dine inside you’ll have a few options, with seating for 4 at the island you’ll often find the kids enjoying a meal in the kitchen, but for more formal occasions you’ll enjoy seating for 10 at the large wood table in the dinning room just off the kitchen. On the main floor you’ll also find a powder bathroom just off the living room.To Round out the sleeping areas on the main floor you’ll also find:~ A Den Bedroom with Queen bed~ 2 King Bedrooms, one street side & one lake side and both connected by a large Jack and Jill Bath with Dual Sinks and Vanities as well as a separate Water Closet & Shower area.Sometimes it can be tough to fully unplug, so if you have to get some work done you can head back through the living room to find our little tech corner. Complete with a built in desk and extra fast fiber internet, another rarity on the lake.To get down to the lake level you can either take the stairs off the back deck or if you’re looking to avoid the stairs you can head back through the garage and down the driveway to the fully fenced and gated back yard. With plenty of space for fun and games the large grass back yard is another rare find on the lake.A concrete sidewalk leads you through the gate to a mostly flat walkway, this does fluctuate slightly based on lake levels during the year, but you’re only a few steps to the large 2 slip boat dock with a huge extended swim platform and yes…. A Slide!!Depending on your group the dock is the perfect home base for swimming and playing all day or fishing!Water Safety is paramount for us so we invested in a state of the art Water Safety Monitor by WaveLink. It monitors any electric current in the water at all times. Blue = All Clear to SwimRed & Alarm = Danger Electricity Present - Do Not Enter or Get out of the Water ASAP!You’ll have use of one of the slips on the dock during your stay. ~ Please use caution when pulling in as the dock is equipped with a hydro hoist lift system, so make sure it is down before pulling in and that it is compatible with your boat.If you’ve read this far I think you’ve got a pretty good lay of the land and every thing that our Lake House, Reel Paradise, has to offer.
