Staff was awesome at check in

Lady at checkin was super friendly beyond that the stay wasn’t what I was expecting. The property looks good on the outside and the hallways are tile but you step inside the room, and it’s very dated. Besides the musty smell that hits you immediately upon entry, for the tile being in the hallway, why have dated carpet in the room? Also with the comfy lounge chair, an ottoman is needed. Finally, hotels these days have a Keurig in the room. This property had a dated single bag coffee maker. Get up with the times please.

Last minute stay needed and only reasonable price and availability for a late check-in. Hotel area does make you check surroundings. A little relief to see the police patrolling area. Room was clean, but need to invest in new blankets for bedding and flooring. The door squeek was loud and very visible opening at the bottom, can hear whatever going on in hallway. Bathroom was clean,tv and air worked. Overall,ok for a night..

The property is old and outdated. It felt dingy... not that the property was filthy.,,. It just wasn't clean Need more attention to detail. The shower tub was clean but the walls in the shower were dirty. The room walls had chips in the paint, the hairdryer was dirty. Like the handle of the hair dryer was dirty.

Customers staying made my daughter and I feel unsafe. Would of left but too late. I have stayed many places for same amount of money that were better. No toiletries and “hot breakfast” was warmed mini muffins and coffee

The room was not clean. It had a mildew smell. I actually saw mold on the bed skirt of the bed, it looked disgusting. I didn’t sleep in the bed at all. I slept in the chair. The cover on the bed look old and had stains. The pillow had yellow stains. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. The hall floors was nasty and sticky. They are not clean.

The staffing was very limited, the location noisy. The room was clean and the bed comfy. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, it's ok.

Trash every where in the hallway, smelly rooms, sheets had cigarette burns. Only nice thing about the room is the bathroom. Nothing was clean. Parking lot full of trash!
