We live in HK and decided to bring our 13 month old for her to experience the playhouse. The amenities are complete and really child friendly.
* I had a problem with the playhouse because it was not mentioned that it comes with a fee so please check the rates here. Not bad for in house guests but would highly suggest the give complimentary fee hours to in house guests.
They offer bed guard, crib, milk warmer and sterilizer. When we entered the room it has a bathtub for our baby and a fan.
The breakfast is okay and has options for our child.
The pool is huge and has 2 slides for kids. They require a life jacket for kids but we brought ours.
The only thing the hotel needs to improve is the air conditioning in the room, its summer and we have a child. The aircon says 18 but my baby is sweating. That’s why they have the fan ready but still not much of help.

I've been here at least twenty times already. We always drive to Shenzhen Bay, cross the border, then take the B3X to Tuen Mun Town Centre for some shopping, a movie, and dinner. After that, we check into the hotel, enjoy the sun, the pool, and the beach – a perfect little getaway.

As a long-standing five-star hotel right by the sea, the rooms are very spacious. The bedding is dry and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Although the hotel is in Tuen Mun and not in the city center, the transportation is very convenient. There's a direct shuttle right after crossing the border. Tuen Mun town center offers plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel lobby is grand. This was my second stay, and the pool is also large. One of my go-to hotels in Hong Kong every time I visit. Even though it's in Tuen Mun, the transportation is super convenient. The surrounding area is lovely, and there's a food court nearby. It's only 3km from Tuen Mun town center and 1.3km from Sam Shing Hui, where the seafood 🦞 is truly top-notch. My family absolutely loved it on this trip!

This hotel is right on the beach, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms and service are great. The only downside is the hotel's buffet; the quality is quite low and the price isn't cheap, especially since both breakfast and dinner are extra charges. Your best bet is to turn right out of the hotel and walk about 10 minutes to the restaurants in Golden Plaza – much more reasonably priced. The hotel rooms are luxurious and spacious, and they even added an extra bed for us and allowed early check-in. The outdoor pool downstairs is also very large with clear sections and plenty of staff, so both kids and adults can have fun and feel safe.
