地點真的很方便，步行就到超級市場，職員也十分親切友善，房子空間很大，特別感謝這些天職員們的協助，性價比高，強烈推介。

這個樓 太新了 還有甲醛的味道 不太推薦入住 但是環境還是不錯的 在別墅區裏面 沒有車的不要去住 不方便 電梯都還沒裝修好 就能想象到有多新了

屬於民宿，裝修比較新，但是不好細看，設施設備屬於能用但不太好用的程度，適合有一定國外生活經驗並租車的旅客

很滿意這次的住宿，全室整潔、床很舒服、廚房提供完整設備、洗衣機和烘衣機也非常給力，全家開心😊

整體體驗不錯，是在度假村裡麪，需要先去拿鑰匙，然後再開車去房間，建議開車過去，不然不是特別方便。房間很大設施很全，衹是因為剛裝修好，味道還有點。

被子不是特別乾淨，設備齊全，但是酒店在下午五點時間停電了，打電話去酒店客服問什麼時候有電，客服居然很野蠻地回答説不知道，而且叫我不要再打電話過去催什麼時候有電. 結果下午五點到晚上差不多十點都沒有電，就電線跳閘拉閘的事五個小時都解決不了，澳洲人辦事效率極度低！

地方寬敞，乾淨整潔寧靜，該有的廚具都有，不過整個屋宇太大，鑰匙還要到其他地方去拿，最後需要花一小時才入住到。其他都還好

價格便宜 環境很好 在豪宅居民小區裏面 安全可靠 公寓型的客房 有廚房 陽台 住起來很有家的感覺 周邊大型超市開車2分鐘到達

兩房景觀房，其中一卧對的是工地，度假心情全無😤😤😤，酒店前台在小區外，駕車兩公里處，如果不是自駕辦入住比較困難。在攜程管家的幫助下，換至三卧別墅房，沒了景觀但房間比較乾淨，兩個人住實在太大。小區非常大，環境很美，離沖浪者天堂開車30分鐘左右，如果自駕且入住兩天以上可以考慮。

We booked 2 bedrooms apartment. The room is clean & comfortable. It is located in Hope Island with a nice environment. It takes 5min walk to the Hope Island mall with different restaurant & supermarket nearby. We can enjoy sunset with early dinner there.

We were here for a family trip and I was happy to choose this hotel and it is closed to sanctuary cove and also it has good staff that help me change my room when I got trouble with one of the curtain blind, We stay four nights and the place was clean. We can cook inside and also it is walkable to Cole’s supermarket and it has carpark space for free too

廚房裡有蟑螂！房間裡只有掃帚，沒有簸箕，所以需要用手撿垃圾。只有一個停車位，其他車輛需要停在街上，但第二天早上您會收到紅色通知。

Had a poor experience. There was no check in details sent to me and waited over an hour to gain access to the building. Once eventually checked in the apartment was very nice and clean but again on check out, had no information. Tried contacting the contact details I had with no answer of phone, no reply to txts and it’s now the night on the day I checked out and I still haven’t had any contact of whether they got the keys where I left them

So clean, gorgeous view, and the staff were so nice! Loved the neighborhood; it had everything. I'll totally go back someday.
