The only complaint I have is their breakfast. 2 kids and 2 adults, which led me to pay for our breakfast as it is not free. We went down 40 mins after they opened the buffet and they were literally out of everything. No one around to refill the eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits or sausage. I asked the front deak for my money back that I paid for upong check in for breakfast. They were unable to do so because I booked through *******. I then asked for a $15 credit for future use (this is what I laid out of pocket for 2 adults to eat) as we stay at Holiday Inn very frequently, however they were unable to do that either. I understand only so much can be done, but when we pay ahead, I expect to have the items I paid for. Other than this poor experience, the facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
