霍舍姆市中心普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Horsham Town Centre)

這家酒店很棒。中心位置，房間非常安靜，床很舒適，對工作人員來說沒有什麼麻煩。一定會回來的。

Very comfortable and generously sized rooms. Breakfast was good too. As is so often the case, the computerised reception system seemed to challenge the staff, but they were polite and did their best with it. This is common to many hotels now. I was a bit irritated to discover that the TV screen in my room had been smashed and would not work. I reported it straight away, but even though we were there for two nights it remained faulty.

Can't think last time I paid good money to stay in a such a filthy environment. Was here for 4 days for family celebrations so left every morning and returned late evening. What I didn't realise was that there is no room cleaning service in this hotel; apparently if you want your room cleaned in any way, you need to ask for it. So every evening I returned to find my bed still unmade, toilet still uncleaned and an overflowing bin by the time I left. The air conditioning was antiquated and was pretty useless so between listening to that and a stale smell growing every day from zero ventilation, it was impossible to get any sleep. The comforting background noises of a morning room attendants team busily going around hoovering and cleaning rooms does not exist in this place. The only member of staff I encountered during my stay was on leaving when a young lad walked past me and my luggage and said, 'You leaving? what room you in?' and that was that, interaction over after I told him my room number. So that's me finished with Premier Inn as a brand. I've used them for I think around 15 years now, here in Uk and overseas too. My favourite hotel in Dubai is the PI near Dubai airport but I won't return to see how bad thats become again either. What happened to your standards of cleanliness and pride in your customer service? What happened to your values? This is an awful experience now and you should all hang your head in shame for letting your brand lower itself to this shadow of its former self. I didn't eat there, although had planned to but other family members staying there advised that the breakfast was terrible so I opted to eat at the amazing Italian deli around the corner from this hotel.

Comfy bed, yep got that. Hot water, nope, tried it in the evening and it wasn’t working but it was right before bed and with no phone I wasn’t going to get dressed and plod down to reception. Tried again the morning and the same issue. Cold shower. No working TV. And when I tried to complain the manager was “too busy” in the kitchen

Phoned up and requested a room but got allocated wrong room even tho on self service check in it said room number on ticket as soon as we went in the room we requested it wasn’t even made up for a family of four not even any towels in the room so had to ask for them and had make both beds because told by reception staff they’re made the wrong room up for us so I said not moving rooms as that’s the room we requested. We found the staff unhelpful and just didn’t have a clue what they’re were doing and they’re never had us down for that room so ended up booking it out to another guest that at around 9pm entered our room and had to apologise as wasn’t his fault! Door does not even latch on the inside so not secured. Tv didn’t work properly either WiFi was on and off , the room was too stuffy. Chef at breakfast I found rude. Apart from the comfortable bed and good nights sleep.

Horrendous smell of cigarette smoke in the room was a massive problem. As we were attending something immediately after check in, we didn't have a chance to chase up reception to change but knowing ours was the last room, I am conscious of lack of space anyway. Parking on the local non premier inn car park overnight. Pudding in evening was poor when compared to other premier inn. No cotbed nor towels on arrival. Towels then provided at reception but the staff member clearly forgot about the cotbed and went off to serve others for 5 minutes. The worst premier inn I have stayed in. Basic improvements needed but when I come to Horsham again, I would either use Air BNB or Travelodge at the end of the high street.
