"給我的第一個房間很舊,地板破了,牀邊牆面潮溼,油漆脫落脫落,房間位於與酒店分開的一棟樓裏。挺失望的,因爲這不是人們從4-star酒店期望的,給我的解釋是,我是通過預算平台預訂的。幸運的是,換了兩次房間,終於能在酒店主樓里弄到房間,前台接待人員很親切,瞭解我家人的需求,一旦到了主樓,一切都完全如預期。游泳池很漂亮,景色令人驚歎,這是我第五次返回這個酒店的原因。"

"We spent three nights at the campsite. It's well located, right next to the beach and close to two restaurants. At night, we enjoyed the calls of the puffins, which was lovely! We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the tents and the speed with which the problem was resolved (an ant infestation in our tent that we had to deal with ourselves...). The sanitary facilities were not cleaned often enough, in my opinion (the toilets weren't necessarily cleaned daily, shower gel was missing despite requests for more, and soap was also missing from the sinks)."
