Very Good Hotel on a Brilliant location. Friendly and Helpful staff members. The food was very good especially the Breakfast. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

This Fortune hotel is located in the outside of the city, Chahal road . We stayed more than a month, front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, they helped us a lot during our stay. It was like a home for us. Rooms are top notch because of new property I hope it will be maintained same in future. Overall my stay was great and memorable. My special thanks to Ms. Ambika Ms.Heena , Ms. Sapna and Mr.Manpreet . For looking after and caring during our stay .

ITC Fortune is our go to hotel, for last many months, to station our overseas guests. Front staff, especially Manager Mr. Souvik, is ever present for any help. Restaurant staff, Ms. Sapna, Mr. Ajay, Mr. Shubham and everyone else for that matter are always there to take care of any dietary requests. Truly exceptional service. Keep it up.
