Candlewood Suites 温泉城(Candlewood Suites Hot Springs)

Really enjoyed the stay. Very quiet atmosphere and all employees very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Price was good. The bathroom and kitchen areas looked and felt clean. Bed was comfortable. Good sized appliances for longer stays. Carpet needed some attention (to be cleaned or replaced).

The service was amazing. Everyone of the check in clerks were friendly and went above and beyond any of our needs. The facility was very clean. Candlewoid WILL akways be my choice no matter where I visit. Excellence in true form.

Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. The hotel needs to be renovated.

Clean, safe location. Hotel offers free coffee but no creamer. I asked the front desk clerk on the first morning and apparently I was bothering him. Pointed to the “frig” and said they are in it. I looked and no half and half or any powdered creamers. I asked where so he walked over. He then said, must be out. Turned and went back behind the front counter. I knew the hotel did not offer any type of continental breakfast but if you are offering a free cup of joe, it would be nice to have creamer available.

Staff was very nice and professional. Even though the elevator was out (I needed the exercise anyways)they was very sympathetic about it. Very nice and would stay again.

Checked in on Saturday night and the female worker was awesome! The morning workers (2 males) were not as friendly, left me standing at the desk for a while without acknowledging me even though they both saw me. The profanity was uncalled for..... THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING and there was no AC in the stairwell!!! The double bed suite was roomy and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice with comfortable beds.

Had issues with the free Wifi. The swimming pool area was clean but the water nasty and had trash in it. No continental breakfast offered. The room had only one towel when we arrived; had to ask for more.
