The hotel is 4min drive to downtown, good to go around and just good for hiking. I love it 🥰

Stay was great! Both front desk people were very friendly! Room was good sized and clean! Bed was very comfy! We would definitely stay again!

The rooms are nice and comfortable and it’s great. It’s a good area quiet most the time would recommend it.

The room and property were kept in excellent repair and the rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was super considering the cost of the stay, and the breakfast area (as the rest of the property) was kept spotless. The manager was on-site every day of my stay. The parking lot was a bit small, but even in the lot, there wasn’t a piece of trash. Would highly recommend, and will be staying here again.

The older lady that worked the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I drove from Texas to stay there and she was so very helpful

I believe it was Carol who checked me in and let me just say that she knows how to provide excellent hospitality. It was like having a personal concierage giving me ideas of where to go and what to do. She assured me they don't put up with any riff raff, that it was safe there as well. The rooms look like they were recently paid and the furniture was new. It was squeaky clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable!

Incredible hospitality. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be staying here next time we come to hot springs. Thank you for the tickets to the mountain tower. Gorgeous views.

Clean, cheap,safe,comfy, good staff *don't expect a big breakfast but it’s totally fine for the price you pay for the room
