We stayed for 1 night in the garden apartment and could not have asked for anything more. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely bed linen and towels. Felt very homely and had everything we needed. Set in beautiful grounds, it was quiet at night but also not far from Cowes. We would love to come back, but next time stay longer!

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed for just one night but wished it was longer. We managed to fit in a swim in the pool and enjoy just some of the room's amenities. Cleanliness was obvious in the apartment and the bed was sooooo comfortable.

We have been coming to this hotel for a good 10 years and have always booked the same room. We booked back in November 2021 for a 2 night stay in February 2022 and asked for the same room. Was confirmed. We arrive and have been put in to a different room with the excuse that ”he thought he would give us a bigger room”. We did not need an additional two beds and was more than happy with the room we had always had. Very disappointing and will not be returning

So far so good, check in is smooth . Although slightly out of place still acceptable

入住晚了一晚,很輝煌。可愛的房間,設備齊全,乾淨,位置優越,享有海灣的景色。友好的入住工作人員。酒店的晚餐和飲料很棒,範圍很好,場地很好,食物很棒。哈雷街有很多停車位,但不是礫石停車場的粉絲。很棒的住宿地點。

Only been here for 5 minutes and the room is one of the best I've stayed in. Large and spacious, extremely clean and tidy. Customer service understanding and accommodating. Will stay here again. Very pleased with the service. A1. 5 stars here

In its class this motel is spotless, clean, spacious and organized well to help you have a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the dressing room just outside the bathroom with a shelf to put your luggage on and a full length mirror. There is lots of storage space. There was another mirror in the room and a nice sitting area. we did not try the pool. The beach is just a block up the road. Also within walking distance to a café and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We had stayed at Waves some years before and knew the location , which is good . On the beachfront near the main street. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped. The shower head was terrible . Ladies, if you don’t want wet hair take a shower cap. I’m not sure how you enter the apartment complex if you don’t have a car because entry seemed to be via the garage. View from the large balcony was lovely.
