They do not have any onsite parking so unless you would like to walk a mile from the closest free parking garage then you must use their valet service. The valet service is hugely overpriced and the drivers are inexperienced. They greatly damaged our vehicle while still under the hotel awning. The valet manager and Hancock Hotel manager have been incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional with the matter. The hotel manager, Durk, refused to return my calls or turn over surveillance footage of the accident. Now we are going through their slow claims process for $8,000 in damages.
We reserved rooms with friends and family for the solar eclipse weekend (booked a year in advance). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the customer service was fantastic. We stayed three nights and even with a ”full house”, the hotel staff was great and accommodating. Would be happy to stay here again!
Pretty standard hotel! The staff was super nice, and the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the wifi worked great. I definitely would recommend staying here! Honestly I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was.
