熱水海灘十佳度假酒店(Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park)

Went for a family vacation and wanted a location that was close to the beach and fun for the kids. The park was clean and well maintained with lots of activities to keep the kids busy, they especially loved the go carts. We stayed in one of the cabins which had everything we needed to be comfortable, with that little bit of extra privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Un sitio genial, para repetir. Estuvimos en una habitación solo con cama y baños compartidos. Pero la habitación era muy comoda, bien equipada (colcha electrica), aislada como si fuese una cabañita y nuestra zona de parking al lado. Las zonas comunes super limpias y bien equipadas. Estaban haciendo hasta una piscina para el verano. Esta junto a la playa, para poder ir andando y hacerte tu pocito para bañarte en el agua caliente. Anotado en lugar para repetir.

The staff and especially one person who might be the manager was simply horrible. I was not notified about their deals when I checked in and when I asked about that the day after I was told it was too late, then I was told I could have the deal, then in the late afternoon of a rainy day when I had no time left to look for a new place I was told that I cant have it after all. Otherwise, my cabin was super tiny and the heater was not working- for this “delux” I paid 93 dollars per night. The cleaning materials were suffocating and I could not breath. Either take their big bungalow or sleep in the car and whatever you do- avoid that blonde “manager”.

Overall good.. Very clean.. Nice comfy bed.. Unfortunately TV only had 1 channel to watch. Would also take aways such as hamburgers and food every day of the week... Swimming pool with water at all times

Beautiful clean accommodation and friendly knowledgeable staff. Small shop at reception for all your basic needs. Fish and chip/coffee shop on side. Kids area. Deluxe Queen Cabin has everything you need - small kitchenette, seperate toilet and bathroom, heating, bbq, outdoor seating area, sofa bed, tv etc - would defintely stay again!!

This was our first time staying here. We hired Deluxe Villa. Everything was provided. The villa was super clean. We didn't use the communal facilities as we had a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, everything in the villa and the pricing was great - due to being low season.

We were unlucky as the days we were visiting coromandel were raining the whole time, so we were unable to do any activities. The staff were nice and helpful, location is convenient if you wanna try the hot water beach. But because the area is so isolated not many shops around, not very developed for tourism.
